For anyone who wants a heavy-roast coffee taste without grinding beans or using a machine, this two-jar pack offers convenience and consistency. Each 7-ounce jar of NESCAFÉ Taster's Choice French Roast contains freeze-dried instant coffee made from carefully roasted beans to bring forward smoky notes and a full body. The pack is sized to cover weeks of daily brewing for households, offices, or travel where a true dark roast flavor is preferred.

How does this instant French roast compare to brewed dark-roast coffee?

Instant freeze-dried coffee captures concentrated flavor and aroma from roasted beans, giving you a cup that resembles the bold intensity of traditionally brewed dark roast without equipment. While subtle fresh-brew nuances differ, the French Roast instant brings forward smoky, rich tones and a pronounced body that fans of dark roasts expect.

• Made from 100% real Arabica and Robusta beans for authentic roast character
• Freeze-dried to preserve aroma and bold flavor
• Smoky, full-bodied profile reminiscent of French roast coffee
• Ready in seconds—no grinder or machine required

How do I prepare the best cup from these jars?

Preparing a balanced cup is simple: scoop, stir, and adjust to taste. Start with the manufacturer’s guideline and tweak water temperature or coffee amount to suit strength preferences.

• Use 1 teaspoon (approx.) per 6 fl oz of hot water as a base
• Heat water just off boil (about 195–205°F) for optimal extraction
• Stir thoroughly to dissolve granules—add milk or sweetener if desired
• For stronger flavor, increase to 1.25–1.5 teaspoons or reduce water amount

How many servings do these two 7-ounce jars provide?

This two-jar pack is designed for high use—when prepared as directed, it yields an approximate total of up to 210 cups. Actual yield varies by serving size and personal strength preferences, but the jars supply many weeks of daily coffee for most drinkers.

• Each 7-oz jar contributes roughly half the total cup count
• Counts based on 1 teaspoon per 6 fl oz serving
• Adjust serving size if you prefer stronger or weaker coffee
• Ideal for households, small offices, or travel kits

What storage and quality tips keep the roast tasting its best?

Instant coffee is shelf-stable but keeps peak aroma and flavor when stored correctly. Protect jars from heat, light, and moisture to preserve the French Roast’s smoky character and freshness.

• Keep jars tightly sealed between uses
• Store in a cool, dry pantry away from direct sunlight
• Avoid refrigerating—moisture can cause clumping
• Use within recommended pantry time after opening for best flavor
