TANTTI 12-Inch Zip Ties 1000-Pack — Black, 40 lb UV-Resistant Nylon Self-Locking

TANTTI 12-inch black zip ties are a 1000-count pack of UV-resistant, self-locking nylon cable ties rated for 40 lb tensile strength and wide temperature use.

These cable ties are made from halogen-free nylon 66 designed to resist sun and cold, so you can rely on them for indoor and outdoor tasks from bundling electronics to temporary fence fixes. With one-piece, self-locking heads and consistent manufacturing quality, the pack supplies dozens of projects so you won't run short mid-job.

How strong are these zip ties for typical projects?

Each TANTTI tie measures 12 inches long and 0.14 inches wide, with a rated tensile strength of 40 pounds—suitable for most cable management, light-to-medium bundling and many DIY tasks. The construction minimizes stretch and breakage under normal loads.

• 12-inch length fits most cable bundles and small hardware uses
• 40 lb rated tensile capacity for dependable hold
• 0.14-inch width balances flexibility and strength
• One-piece, self-locking head prevents slippage

Can I use these ties outdoors and in extreme temperatures?

TANTTI zip ties are formulated with UV-stable nylon and are halogen-free, allowing safe performance outside and in exposed areas. They are rated to operate from -40°F up to 185°F, so they tolerate freezing winters and hot summers without rapid degradation.

• UV-resistant nylon resists sunlight-related brittleness
• Wide temperature range: -40°F to 185°F
• Halogen-free material suitable for many environments
• UL94V-2 flammability classification for basic safety standards

What practical uses do these cable ties have around home and work?

These versatile ties organize cords, secure components, or temporarily fix items across household, workshop and outdoor settings. Their neutral black finish and 12-inch length make them a go-to for electronics bundles, garden jobs, holiday lighting, and quick fixes.

• Bundle power cords, network cables, and PC wiring
• Hang LED strands, secure tarps, or repair fencing temporarily
• Garage, shed, and automotive organization tasks
• Bulk pack supports contractors, makers, and hobbyists

How do I cut and remove them safely?

Because these ties lock securely, cut them off carefully with scissors or a flush cutter to avoid damage to nearby wires or surfaces. Keep away from children and choose an appropriately rated tie if you expect higher loads than 40 lb.

• Trim with scissors or diagonal cutters for clean removal
• Keep out of reach of kids and pets
• Match tensile rating to heavy-duty needs to prevent failures
• Inspect ties exposed to extreme sunlight periodically

It’s aimed at DIYers, tradespeople, facility managers and anyone who prefers stocking up on durable, weather-resistant cable ties for repeated use.
