T&R No Trespassing Private Property Signs with Video Surveillance — 12" x 12" 2-Pack with 36" Stakes, Reflective Aluminum

T&R's 12" x 12" No Trespassing/Private Property signs are rust-resistant aluminum warning signs with included 36" stakes to clearly mark and deter unauthorized access.

These two outdoor signs are built from .040" heavy-gauge aluminum with a reflective finish and UV protection so messages stay legible through rain, sun, and changing seasons. Each kit includes two signs, matching fasteners and a wrench, and pre-drilled holes for quick mounting to the supplied 36" stakes or other surfaces. The combination of bold lettering and a reflective face makes the warning easy to read by day and visible at night without electrical lighting.

How sturdy and weatherproof are these T&R signs?

The signs use corrosion-resistant .040" aluminum and are designed for outdoor exposure. A UV-stable printing process and a waterproof coating keep colors from fading and graphics from peeling, extending usable life outdoors.

• .040" rust-free aluminum construction for durability
• Waterproof and weatherproof finish resists rain and snow
• UV protection reduces fading for years of outdoor use
• Estimated outdoor service life up to seven years under normal conditions

What comes in the package and how easy is installation?

Each package contains two 12" x 12" signs, two 36" metal stakes, matching screws and a small wrench for quick assembly. The signs include four pre-drilled mounting holes so you can attach them to the stakes, a post, a fence, or directly to a wall.

• Two pre-drilled signs and two 36" stakes included
• Matching screws and a wrench for tool-free final tightening
• Mounts to stakes, metal posts, wood fences, and masonry with appropriate anchors
• Simple drop-and-tighten installation for fast placement

Will the message remain visible at night or from a distance?

The signs use high-contrast lettering and a reflective coating so the "No Trespassing" and "Video Surveillance" notices remain readable under headlights or flashlights. The 12" square size balances compactness with strong visual presence, suitable for entryways, yards, driveways, and perimeter fencing.

• Reflective surface improves night-time visibility
• Bold, clear typography reads from typical driveway and street distances
• 12" x 12" face is noticeable without overpowering the landscape
• Works alone or alongside cameras and other security measures

Can these signs be reused or moved if my needs change?

Yes—because the signs are metal and mounted with screws to removable stakes, they can be relocated or remounted elsewhere without damage. Their corrosion-resistant finish keeps hardware intact so you can reuse the same sign set at different properties or positions.

• Malleable mounting options allow repositioning
• Durable materials prevent bending and corrosion during moves
• Stakes are simple to withdraw and reinstall in a new spot
• Retains legibility after multiple placements

Who is this for? Property owners, landlords, small business managers, and homeowners who want a straightforward, long-lasting visual deterrent will appreciate T&R's rust-free aluminum signs. They suit neighborhoods, construction sites, private drives, rural land borders, and any location that needs a clear "No Trespassing" message with the added notice of video surveillance without complicated installation or maintenance.
