Syngenta Advion Trio Cockroach Gel Bait, 4 x 30 g Tubes — Indoxacarb + IGRs, Ready-to-Use for Indoor/Outdoor Spot Treatments

Designed for heavy or persistent infestations, Syngenta’s Advion Trio pairs indoxacarb with two insect growth regulators (pyriproxyfen and novaluron) in an attractive, easy-to-apply gel. The formulation uses MetaActive activation to maximize effectiveness after ingestion and encourages transfer among roaches, helping reduce both nymph and adult numbers. Packaged as four 30-gram tubes with a plunger and two application tips, this product is intended for spot treatments in indoor and outdoor settings where labeled.

How quickly does Advion Trio reduce a roach population?

Advion Trio begins working as soon as cockroaches consume the gel. Mortality in foraging adults can occur within days, while the growth regulators target developing nymphs and reproductive cycles to suppress population rebound over weeks.

• Visible reduction in foragers typically in 3–7 days under active feeding conditions
• Reproductive suppression occurs as pyriproxyfen and novaluron interfere with molting and development
• Best results when baits are left in place and not disturbed for several weeks

Where and how should I apply the gel for best results?

Apply small dots or lines of gel in cracks, voids, along baseboards, and near entry points where cockroaches travel. Use the included plunger and tips to place precise, mess-free deposits; avoid areas exposed to cleaning or water that could remove the bait.

• Indoor: behind appliances, under sinks, inside cabinets, and in wall void access points
• Outdoor: around doors, vents, utility penetrations, and other perimeter harborages as permitted
• Apply in small amounts (pea-sized or smaller) to encourage rapid consumption

Is Advion Trio safe to use around people and pets when applied as directed?

When used strictly according to label directions, this product is formulated for targeted placement to minimize exposure to non-targets. Keep gel out of reach of children and pets, avoid placing bait in areas accessible to food preparation, and follow all safety and reentry instructions on the label.

• Designed for spot application in cracks and crevices away from general contact
• Label contains state-specific registration and use restrictions—consult before use
• Always read and follow the product label for protective measures and disposal

Can Advion Trio help manage insecticide resistance?

Combining indoxacarb with two insect growth regulators gives multiple modes of action, which helps reduce the selection pressure that can lead to resistance. Strategic placement and rotation with other labeled products, as part of an integrated pest management plan, improves long-term control.

• Three active ingredients target adults and developing stages differently
• MetaActive activation enhances efficacy after ingestion by target pests
• Use as part of sanitation, exclusion, and monitoring practices for best results

Who is this for: Professionals and experienced homeowners facing moderate to heavy cockroach infestations who need a concentrated, transferable bait that addresses both adults and immature roaches. Advion Trio is suited to multi-family housing, food-handling establishments, commercial buildings and residences where labeled use is allowed. It is intended for users who will follow label directions carefully, integrate the gel into a broader pest management approach, and place baits in protected, targeted locations to limit non-target exposure.
