Surpop Adjustable Solo Soccer Trainer Belt, Black — Waist-Mounted Elastic Tether for Size 3–5 Balls

Surpop's Adjustable Solo Soccer Trainer Belt is a hands-free kick trainer that lets one player practice shooting, control, juggling and passing using an elastic tethered ball system.

Whether you're sharpening first touches in the backyard or improving passing consistency on the pitch, this compact training aid converts any ball into a reusable solo partner. The set combines a waist-mounted belt and a stretchy cord that attaches to sizes 3, 4 and 5, offering a low-footprint way to repeat skills without chasing balls around.

How does the trainer help me practice by myself?

The Surpop belt holds one end of an elastic rope at your waist while the other connects to your ball, returning it after each kick. That looped rebound makes high-repetition drills possible, so you can work on receiving, volleying and controlled passing without needing a second person.

• Elastic strap stretches from 6 ft to about 18 ft for varied rebound distance
• Works with size 3, 4 and 5 soccer balls for different ages and drills
• Enables juggling, first-touch control, shooting practice and quick-feet exercises

Will the belt fit adults and children comfortably?

The belt features an adjustable waist strap designed to accommodate a broad range of sizes, so both youth players and adults can train with the same setup. Lightweight construction keeps it stable during dynamic movements while remaining easy to remove between sessions.

• Adjustable waist fits approximately 33"–39" for a secure, custom fit
• Quick-release clip for fast on/off during drills
• Padded belt section reduces chafing during repeated contact

How adjustable is the elastic cord and what drills can I do?

The elastic tether extends from a compact 6-foot length up to about 18 feet when stretched, giving you control over how far the ball travels and returns. That range supports short passing routines, medium-range volleys and longer-range shooting practice, making it adaptable to yards, driveways and small fields.

• Short stretch for close control and juggling
• Mid-range stretch for passing and receiving exercises
• Full stretch for shooting reps and reaction work

How durable and simple is the attachment to the ball?

The trainer connects to most standard soccer balls through a secure loop and attachment point designed to handle repeated strikes. Materials are chosen to resist wear from outdoor use while remaining easy to inspect and replace if needed.

• Secure fastener compatible with balls sizes 3–5
• Heavy-duty elastic and reinforced stitching for repeated use
• Lightweight hardware minimizes impact on ball flight and rebound

Who is this for: The Surpop Adjustable Solo Soccer Trainer Belt suits players at youth, teen and amateur adult levels who want more practice time without a partner. Coaches, parents and self-motivated athletes will find it useful for drills that build passing consistency, first touch, juggling and shooting repetition. It's also a practical option for small spaces where traditional drills are hard to run.
