Superfeet All-Purpose High-Arch Insoles (Green) Trim-to-Fit with Deep Heel Cup for Men 5.5-7 / Women 6.5-8

Superfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles (Green) are trim-to-fit insoles designed to give high-arch feet stable heel cradle, moisture management, and everyday support for active shoes and boots.

These insoles (formerly sold as Superfeet GREEN) deliver the same trusted high-arch geometry in a new name. Built for roomy footwear, they pair a deep, sculpted heel cup with high-density closed-cell foam to stabilize stride and reduce unwanted foot movement. The moisturewick top cover helps manage sweat and odor while the trim-to-fit design lets you size them precisely to most shoes and boots.

How do these insoles stabilize and support a high arch?

The All-Purpose Support High Arch insoles use a pronounced arch profile and a deep heel cup to align your foot inside the shoe, which reduces excess motion and helps distribute pressure more evenly. High-density foam underlies the profile for durable support without excessive bulk.

• Deep heel cup cradles and centers the heel for natural shock management
• Pronounced arch shape supports medial arch height for high-arch feet
• Closed-cell foam keeps firmness over time for consistent support

Do I need to trim them to fit my shoes?

Yes — these insoles are trim-to-fit so you can cut them to match your shoe size and shape. If your size falls between printed guidelines, Superfeet recommends choosing the larger size and trimming down to achieve the best fit and comfort.

• Printed trim lines guide accurate cutting for common sizes
• Fit works for most athletic shoes, casual footwear, and many boots
• Trim-to-fit design preserves the supportive architecture after sizing

Will they reduce odor and manage moisture during activity?

The moisturewick top cover helps move sweat away from the foot and reduces odor buildup so feet feel fresher through extended wear. The closed-cell foam core resists water absorption, keeping the insole stable and preventing sogginess in humid or active conditions.

• Moisturewick top layer for quicker evaporation and fresher feet
• Closed-cell foam resists moisture absorption and maintains shape
• Materials chosen for durability and low-odor performance

What types of shoes are these best suited for?

These insoles are optimized for shoes and boots with a bit of internal volume where the sculpted heel cup can do its job. They work well in everyday athletic shoes, work boots, casual footwear, and many cross-training shoes — especially if you need stable high-arch support without bulky cushioning.

• Ideal for roomy athletic shoes, boots, and everyday footwear
• Not recommended for very tight-fitting minimalist shoes
• Trim-to-fit shape adapts to a wide range of sizes and styles
