SueStar Workout Gloves — Breathable Full-Palm Weightlifting Gloves, Black, 3mm Cushioned Pad & Anti-Slip Grip

SueStar Workout Gloves are breathable, full-palm gym gloves that protect your hands, improve grip, and stay comfortable during weightlifting, cross-training, and hanging exercises.

These gloves combine a cushioned, wear-resistant palm with an ultra-light mesh back and adjustable wrist support to reduce slipping, friction, and discomfort during repeated lifts. Built with a 3mm contoured pad, anti-slip embossing, extended thumb protection, finger pull tabs, and a quick-dry microfiber backing, they are designed to make workouts cleaner, more secure, and longer-lasting without frequent washing.

How do these gloves improve grip and protect my palms?

The SueStar gloves use contoured 3mm pads aligned with palm muscle lines and a textured anti-slip surface to increase friction and spread pressure across the hand. This reduces hot spots, calluses, and equipment tearing while keeping a confident hold on bars, dumbbells, and machines.

• 3mm cushioned palm pads that match palm contours for impact buffering.
• Anti-slip embossing for abrasion resistance and stable traction.
• Seam placement and double stitching for stronger, smoother seams.

Are these gloves comfortable and breathable for intense sessions?

Yes — the back of the hand is made from ultralight, elastic microfiber fabric with enlarged mesh zones that vent heat and moisture. That keeps sweat and odor lower, so the gloves feel fresher between washes and stay comfortable during longer sets or circuit training.

• Lightweight mesh backing for rapid airflow.
• Elastic microfiber that moves with your hand for unrestricted motion.
• Thumb towel built in to quickly wipe sweat during use.

How do I put them on, take them off, and get the right fit?

SueStar gloves include finger pull tabs for fast removal and an adjustable Velcro wrist strap to customize fit and support. The soft wristband offers flexibility for wrist movement and fits comfortably over or alongside a smartwatch without digging in.

• Four finger pull tabs for quick take-off after heavy sets.
• Adjustable Velcro strap for secure, personalized wrist support.
• Soft wristband that accommodates wearable devices while training.

What construction details support long-term use?

Durability comes from wear-resistant palm materials and reinforced inner seams using traceless double stitching. An extended thumb design protects the full thumb joint and reduces wear in a high-friction zone, so the gloves maintain shape and function through repeated workouts.

• Abrasion-resistant palm layer for extended lifespan.
• Traceless double stitching for stronger internal seams.
• Extended thumb to protect thumb joint and reduce early wear.

Who is this for? These SueStar gloves are suited for men and women who lift weights, train on bars, perform pull-ups, use kettlebells, or do high-repetition strength circuits and want full-palm protection with breathable comfort. They fit athletes seeking improved grip and hand protection without bulky padding, anyone who prefers gloves that dry quickly and resist odor, and gym-goers who need easy on/off features and adjustable wrist support. If you want practical, long-lasting gloves that balance protection, ventilation, and tactile control, these are designed for that purpose.
