Stryde Strap Precision Knee Strap – One-Size Breathable Patellar Support with Silicone Lock-Point for Running & Cycling

The Stryde Precision Knee Strap is a breathable, adjustable patellar-support brace with a silicone lock-point pad that delivers targeted compression and stays put during sport and daily activity.

Lightweight and built for movement, this single-piece knee strap from Stryde Strap focuses pressure on the patellar tendon to reduce discomfort while preserving range of motion. Made from elastic, breathable materials and a silicone lock-point pad, it fits a wide range of knee sizes and is designed to remain stable during running, cycling, court sports, and gym sessions.

How does the Stryde Precision Knee Strap provide targeted support?

The strap places focused compression just below the kneecap to unload the patellar tendon and improve tracking without restricting the joint. The silicone lock-point pad centers the pressure precisely where it helps most, while the elastic band spreads support evenly around the leg.

• Silicone pad concentrates pressure on the patellar tendon.
• Elastic material contours to the shape of the knee for even compression.
• Low-profile design preserves full knee flexion and mobility.

Will it stay in place during intense activity?

Yes — the strap is engineered to resist slipping so you can focus on performance rather than adjustments. The hook-and-loop closure enables a secure, customizable fit and the silicone pad adds friction against the skin, keeping the brace locked in position through sprints, jumps, and pedaling.

• Hook-and-loop fastener allows micro-adjustments for a snug fit.
• Silicone lock-point increases grip against the skin to reduce movement.
• Stretch fabric moves with the leg to prevent bunching or rolling.

How should I size and adjust the strap for comfort?

Stryde designed this strap as one size that fits most users, accommodating knee circumferences from about 11 to 18 inches. Wrap the band just below the kneecap, fasten the closure, then fine-tune tension until you feel steady compression without numbness or excessive tightness.

• Measure around the knee just below the patella for best fit guidance.
• Start with moderate tension and increase incrementally as needed.
• Ensure circulation is normal—remove if pins-and-needles occur.

What materials and care will keep it lasting longer?

The strap combines breathable elastic fabric with a soft, highly elastic silicone pad for lasting comfort and durability. Simple care — hand wash with mild soap and air dry — preserves the hook-and-loop closure and silicone grip for repeated use.

• Breathable woven fabric reduces sweat build-up during workouts.
• Soft silicone pad retains shape and grip wash after wash.
• Gentle hand wash and air dry to protect elasticity and fasteners.

Who is this for? The Stryde Precision Knee Strap suits active people who need focused patellar support without bulk: runners, cyclists, court athletes, hikers, and fitness enthusiasts seeking a slim, adjustable brace that holds its position. It’s also useful for anyone rehabbing knee discomfort who prefers a lightweight, breathable option that adapts to varied activities and can be adjusted moment-to-moment for comfort and performance.
