Srixon Soft Feel 14 Golf Balls — Brite Green, Soft Feel with Improved Distance and 338 Dimples

These Srixon Soft Feel 14 balls combine a low‑compression core and a thinner soft cover to produce a plush impact feel while helping generate ball speed for longer carries. The brite green finish makes them simple to spot in rough or fairway, and the 338 Speed Dimple pattern is tuned to trim drag and stabilize flight. Built to retain consistent performance over multiple rounds, they suit golfers who want comfort around the greens without sacrificing distance off the tee.

How do these balls balance softness and distance?

Soft Feel 14 uses a progressive FastLayer core that’s softer near the surface and firmer at the center, giving a cushioned feel on short shots while still compressing to launch with speed on longer swings. The thin, soft cover increases short-game spin for control, while core energy helps carry drives farther.

• FastLayer core design for variable compression and responsive feel
• Thin soft cover enhances greenside spin and touch
• Core energy contributes to higher ball speed and extended carry

Will the brite green color improve visibility during play?

The matte brite green finish is chosen specifically to stand out against grass, sand and sky, making it quicker to locate after shots. The non‑gloss surface reduces glare in bright light and aids tracking on the fly, so you waste less time searching for lost balls.

• High-contrast matte brite green for easy spotting
• Reduced glare helps in sunny conditions
• Visible in rough, fairway and light foliage

How does the dimple pattern affect flight and control?

The 338 Speed Dimple pattern is engineered to minimize aerodynamic drag at launch and increase lift as the ball descends, producing a stable, penetrating flight. That combination supports longer distances while the softer cover preserves spin where you need it — around the green and on approach shots.

• 338 dimples for reduced drag and consistent flight
• Lift characteristics for steadier descent and stopping power
• Less driver spin but more greenside bite for controlled approaches

How durable and consistent are these balls across rounds?

Srixon designed these balls to maintain playability through multiple rounds: the soft cover resists scuffs while the core construction holds its compression profile. You’ll notice consistent feel and distance from ball one to ball many, making them a reliable value choice.

• Durable soft cover resists surface wear
• Core stability preserves compression and distance over time
• Consistent feel shot-to-shot for predictable performance

Who is this for? Players with slow-to-medium swing speeds who prioritize a soft, confident feel around the green but still want added carry off the tee will benefit the most. These Srixon Soft Feel 14 Brite Green balls are ideal for recreational golfers seeking better visibility, forgiving launch, and reliable short-game control without the premium price of tour-grade multi‑layer designs.
