Sqwincher Qwik Stik Sugar Free Lemon-Lime are single-serving electrolyte powder sticks that quickly mix into water to replace salts and fluids without adding sugar.

These .11 oz Qwik Stik packets deliver a tart-sweet lemon-lime flavor in a compact, portable format designed for worksites, gyms, travel, and everyday hydration. Made in the United States, each stick is sugar free and formulated to provide fast, convenient rehydration when plain water isn’t enough. The 50-pack gives you enough single-use portions to stock a toolbox, glovebox, or gym bag so you can restore electrolytes on the go without carrying bulky bottles.

How quickly do the Qwik Stik packets dissolve and flavor water?

Each packet is measured for fast dissolution in a standard 16–20 oz bottle of water, creating an even lemon-lime drink in seconds with minimal stirring. The powder is designed to disperse quickly so you don’t get clumps, even when mixing by shaking.

• Single .11 oz stick per serving—pre-measured for consistent taste
• Dissolves rapidly in room temperature or cold water
• Works well in bottles, bladders, and large jugs
• No sugar—sweeter profile comes from alternative sweeteners

What situations are these sugar-free electrolyte sticks best for?

They’re convenient for active jobs, outdoor recreation, long shifts, and travel—anywhere you want quick electrolyte replacement without calories from sugar. Their slim single-serve packaging fits easily into pockets or first-aid kits so you can hydrate when needed.

• Job sites and construction crews—compact and single-use
• Gym bags and sports practice—fast mixing during breaks
• Travel and commuting—avoid sticky bottles and spills
• Emergency kits—long shelf life and easy portioning

How should I use and store the lemon-lime Qwik Stik packets?

Pour one packet into 16–20 ounces of water and stir or shake until fully dissolved. Store unopened sticks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; discard any opened packet after use.

• Use one stick per 16–20 oz water for intended electrolyte balance
• Shake or stir for 5–10 seconds to ensure full dissolution
• Keep the 50-pack sealed until needed to maintain freshness
• Made in the United States—meets domestic manufacturing standards

What should I expect from the flavor and sweetness level?

The lemon-lime taste is bright and slightly tangy without added sugars, delivering a crisp profile suited to those who prefer low-calorie hydration. Sweetness comes from non-sugar sweeteners, so flavor is lively but not syrupy.

• Lemon-lime—citrus-forward and refreshing
• Sugar free—calorie-conscious option
• Balanced sweetness—formulated for drinkability during activity
• Consistent flavor from stick to stick for predictable taste
