SouxMux 12-inch Cooking Tweezers 2-Pack — Stainless Steel Chef Tongs with Serrated Tips

These 12-inch (30.5 cm) tweezers combine long reach with serrated, rounded tips and grooved ergonomic handles to give both professional chefs and home cooks steady control over delicate or hot foods. The set includes two complementary styles—one blunt, wider tip for secure gripping and a slimmer, fine tip for detailed plating—treated with a protective finish to resist rust and wear.

How do these tweezers help when plating delicate dishes?

The slim-tip tweezer lets you position microgreens, small garnishes, and thin protein slices with precision without crushing them. Serrated edges and a rounded tip design provide grip without leaving marks on plated items.

• Fine-tip tweezer for detailed placement of garnishes and decorators
• Serrated tips hold slippery items securely
• Rounded ends reduce scratching on plates or delicate foods
• 12" length offers steady control at a comfortable distance

Are these tweezers safe and durable for BBQ and high-heat cooking?

Yes — the food-grade stainless steel construction and carbonation protection coating help resist rust and heat-related wear. The 12-inch length increases safety by keeping hands away from direct flames and hot surfaces while allowing firm control over heavier items.

• Stainless steel resists corrosion during outdoor cooking
• Long reach keeps hands clear of grills and hot pans
• Handles designed to withstand repeated squeezing and cleaning
• Protective coating extends lifespan in humid or smoky conditions

Which tasks are each tweezer style best suited for in the kitchen?

The set covers a broad range of tasks: the wider, blunt-tipped tweezer secures larger or fragile items, while the skinny-tipped tool excels at precise, fine work. Together they replace multiple single-use tools and reduce the risk of damaging food during handling.

• Blunt/wide tip: flipping small proteins, handling dumplings, moving roasted vegetables
• Slim tip: micro-plating, cake decorating, precise garnish placement
• Serrated teeth: prevents slipping when lifting oily or wet items
• Grooved handle: non-slip grip even when hands are greasy

How do I clean and care for SouxMux tweezers to keep them working well?

They’re easy to maintain: rinse promptly after use, wash with warm soapy water or place on the top rack of a dishwasher, and dry completely before storing to protect the finish. Periodic inspections for tip alignment preserve accuracy for plating.

• Hand-wash or dishwasher-safe on a top rack
• Dry thoroughly to preserve the protective coating
• Check tip alignment and serration integrity periodically
• Store in a drawer or utensil holder to avoid bending the tips
