How do I use Souper Cubes for different types of meals?

These molds work well for liquids, solids, and soft chunks—soup, chili, rice, shredded meats, sauces, and even baby food or compound butter. Fill to the indicated line, snap on the lid, freeze until firm, then pop out individual cups or stack full trays for long-term storage.

• Liquids: chill until solid, then remove and store or vacuum-seal
• Solids: portion meats, grains, or vegetables for quick meal builds
• Multi-ingredient: combine grains and proteins separately for mix-and-match dinners
• Small batches: useful for postpartum meals, single-serve households, and recipe testing
