SOLPEX Solar Deck Lights Outdoor 16-Pack — Warm White Waterproof Step Lights, Easy Screw-Mount

SOLPEX Solar Deck Lights Outdoor 16 Pack are waterproof, warm-white step lights that charge by day and automatically illuminate stairs, decks, and fences at night.

These low-profile, solar-powered step lights from SOLPEX combine a brown ABS housing with warm white LEDs to create soft, glare-free illumination for outdoor walkways. Designed for easy screw-mounted installation, the lights recharge in direct sunlight and switch on at dusk without wiring — a practical solution for upgrading safety and ambiance on patios, stairways, fences, and garden edges.

How long will a single SOLPEX solar light stay lit after a full charge?

After 4–5 hours of direct sun exposure, a fully charged unit typically provides several hours of illumination through the evening. Actual run time varies with seasonal sunlight and weather, so expect shorter operation after cloudy days.

• Full-charge window: about 4–5 hours of bright sun.
• Typical evening runtime: several hours under normal conditions.
• Reduced output if shaded or during prolonged rain.

Can I install these lights on different outdoor surfaces?

Yes — each SOLPEX solar deck light mounts with screws to wood, composite decking, stair risers, posts, or flat exterior walls. Choose locations that receive direct sunlight for reliable charging and avoid heavily shaded spots.

• Mounting: screw-fixed into wood, decking, or exterior surfaces.
• Placement tip: south- or west-facing spots get best sun exposure.
• Size fit: compact dimensions ideal for risers and fence posts.

Are these lights weatherproof and durable enough for outdoor use?

The lights use a hard ABS shell and a sealed solar panel to resist rain, wind, and light snow, making them suitable for year-round outdoor use in most climates. While built for weather exposure, prolonged submersion or heavy storms may affect performance over time.

• Housing: durable ABS construction for impact resistance.
• Water resistance: designed to withstand rain and small snow.
• Maintenance: wipe panels clean for optimal charging.

What should I do if a light doesn’t turn on after installation?

These units include an internal insulator tab that must be removed before use. If a light fails to activate, ensure it was charged in sunlight first and try gently tapping the unit to reset internal contacts; check for obstructions or shading on the panel.

• Remove insulator tab before first use.
• Charge in full sun for 4–5 hours before testing.
• Try a gentle tap or reseating the battery if it doesn’t light.

Who this is for: SOLPEX Solar Deck Lights are aimed at homeowners, renters, and property managers who want a no-wiring way to add soft, safe illumination to outdoor steps, decks, fences, and garden paths. They suit anyone seeking straightforward installation, low maintenance lighting, and a warm white tone to complement outdoor décor.
