Soleilwear Cordless Electric Scissors Cardboard Cutter — 2000mAh Battery, 320 RPM, Safety Lock

The Soleilwear Cardboard Cutter is a cordless electric scissors designed to slice cardboard and similar materials quickly, safely, and with minimal wrist effort.

Lightweight and battery-powered, this handheld cutter replaces manual scissors and box cutters for repetitive or thicker cutting tasks. Its self-sharpening blade, 320 RPM motor, and 2000mAh battery deliver efficient, low-noise performance while a metal blade guard and safety lock reduce accidental contact. The tool is built for workshops, e-commerce packing, craft rooms, and everyday household use.

How fast and long will this cordless cutter run on a single charge?

The integrated 2000mAh battery offers up to around 50 minutes of continuous cutting, and the upgraded motor spins at up to 320 RPM for steady, efficient results. Charging is via USB‑C for convenient recharging between shifts.

• 2000mAh battery provides roughly 50 minutes continuous use
• Upgraded motor reaches up to 320 RPM for consistent cutting
• USB‑C charging for faster, universal recharging
• Low operating noise around 50 dB for comfortable use

What materials can the Soleilwear electric scissors cut safely and precisely?

Designed mainly for rigid and semi-rigid sheet materials, the cutter handles cardboard up to approximately 1/4" thickness and also works on paper, plastic, leather, and thin carpet. It is not intended for very soft, stretchy fabrics.

• Cardboard up to 1/4" (6 mm) thickness for straight or curved cuts
• Paper, plastic sheets, faux leather and thin carpeting
• Not recommended for soft, highly flexible textiles
• Includes a spare blade for extended service life

How does the safety system protect users during operation?

Multiple passive and active safety features lower risk while cutting: a metal blade guard restricts access to the blade aperture, a press-and-tap safety lock prevents accidental starts, and an LED light improves visibility in low-light situations. Operation requires intentional activation rather than continuous finger pressure.

• Metal guard with opening under 10 mm to reduce accidental contact
• Press the safety lock then flip the on/off switch for intentional use
• Built-in LED illuminates the cutting line for safer, cleaner cuts
• Self‑sharpening blade design reduces jamming and maintenance

Is the cutter comfortable for long use and who benefits most from the design?

The handle angle and curvature are optimized to reduce wrist strain, making extended use easier than traditional scissors. The ergonomic form helps users who pack frequently, craft for long sessions, or have limited hand strength.

• Curved grip and balanced weight for reduced wrist fatigue
• Suitable for seniors, those with mild arthritis, and frequent packers
• Compact cordless format for portable, on-the-go use
• Includes disassembly tool for safe blade changes and cleaning

Who is this for: The Soleilwear Cardboard Cutter is aimed at e-commerce packers, hobbyists, designers, and household users who need faster, cleaner cuts than manual scissors provide. It suits anyone who wants a portable, low-noise electric cutter with built-in safety features and comfortable ergonomics—especially useful for repetitive cutting tasks and workshop or shipping-area workflows.
