SISU Aero Mouthguard, Charcoal Black — Ultra-Slim Remoldable Protection, Works with Braces

Engineered for athletes who refuse to choose between protection and performance, the SISU Aero uses a high-tech thermoplastic that is both stronger and thinner than traditional guards. It starts flat for a quick custom mold, can be remolded up to 20 times, and is free of BPA, BPS, latex, PVC and phthalates. The Aero is designed for contact and collision sports—hockey, lacrosse, football, roller derby, soccer, and basketball—where durability, comfort, and minimal interference with breathing and talking matter.

How does the SISU Aero protect without bulk?

The Aero's advanced thermoplastic delivers 30% greater strength and eight times the tensile strength of conventional materials, allowing a significantly thinner profile while maintaining impact resistance. Strategic crumple zones help absorb energy on contact instead of transferring it to teeth and jaws.

• 30% stronger thermoplastic for improved force distribution.
• 50% thinner than standard guards for less bulk and better fit.
• Crumple zones and a bite pad increase shock absorption and moldability.

Will I still be able to talk, breathe, and drink during play?

Yes—the ultra-slim design keeps the airway and tongue room more open than traditional mouthguards, so speech clarity and breathing are less affected. Its perforation pattern and lightweight construction make it easier to wear for full games and practices.

• Optimized perforations for airflow and comfort.
• Thin, low-profile shape maintains clearer speech.
• Lightweight material reduces jaw fatigue during long wear.

How do I fit and remold the Aero for the best fit?

SISU Aero starts flat and is custom-molded in warm water for a precise fit; the bite pad helps you form the exact impression of your teeth. If your fit changes, the guard can be remolded up to 20 times, so you can adjust alignment or accommodate braces and dental work.

• Heat in hot water to soften, bite to form, then cool to set the mold.
• Remoldable up to 20 times for adjustments or growth.
• Designed to work with braces and common orthodontic setups.

Is the Aero safe and easy to care for?

The mouthguard is made without BPA, BPS, latex, PVC, and phthalates, reducing exposure to common additives. Cleaning is straightforward: rinse after use, brush with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, and store in a ventilated case to dry between sessions.

• Non-toxic construction for safer long-term wear.
• Simple daily cleaning routine keeps it hygienic.
• Ventilated storage prevents trapped moisture and odor.

Who this is for: The SISU Aero Medium Mouthguard is ideal for competitive and recreational athletes who need dependable protection without a bulky mouthguard—players who value clear communication, comfortable breathing, remoldability for changing fits, and a low-profile feel during games and practices.
