Simply Vinegar Industrial Strength 49% Vinegar Concentrate, 2 x 1 Gal Pack - Heavy-Duty Cleaner & Degreaser

Simply Vinegar 49% is an industrial-strength vinegar concentrate in a two-gallon pack designed to deliver heavy-duty cleaning and degreasing when diluted for residential, garden, and outdoor tasks.

When regular household vinegar can't handle grease, mineral buildup, or tough outdoor grime, a high-strength concentrate provides a concentrated, low-cost option. Simply Vinegar 49% is a pure acetic acid solution made in the USA, formulated for professional-grade results without added dyes, bleach, or unnecessary fillers. Sold as two 1-gallon bottles, this concentrate reduces packaging and storage needs while offering the cleaning equivalent of many standard 4% vinegar bottles once mixed to use concentrations.

How should I dilute Simply Vinegar 49% for common cleaning jobs?

Dilution depends on the task: lighter household cleaning requires significantly less concentrate than heavy-duty degreasing or descaling. Start with a conservative ratio and increase strength only as needed to avoid damaging sensitive surfaces.

• Glass and general surfaces: dilute 1 part 49% to about 12–16 parts water.
• Degreasing engines or heavy tools: dilute 1 part 49% to 6–8 parts water.
• Mineral and rust descaling: dilute 1 part 49% to 4–10 parts water depending on severity.
• Always test an inconspicuous area and wear gloves and eye protection when mixing or applying.

What surfaces and tasks is this industrial vinegar best suited for?

Simply Vinegar 49% excels on hard, non-porous surfaces and outdoor areas where concentrated acid breaks down grease, limescale, and organic buildup. Avoid using it on natural stone, untreated metals prone to corrosion, or delicate finishes without testing first.

• Concrete, masonry, patio furniture, and grills for outdoor degreasing and stain removal.
• Heavy equipment, tools, and engine parts for grease softening before washing.
• Bathroom tiles, shower doors, and faucets (diluted appropriately) for mineral deposit reduction.
• Not recommended for marble, limestone, or other acid-sensitive surfaces.

How does buying the 1-gallon pack of two save time and money?

Concentrated solutions like Simply Vinegar 49% reduce the volume you store and the number of single-use bottles you purchase. One gallon of 49% concentrate yields the cleaning power of many bottles of 4% vinegar once diluted, making it a cost-efficient choice for frequent or large-scale cleaning.

• Each gallon dilutes to the equivalent of over ten standard 4% vinegar bottles for routine cleaning.
• Two-gallon pack minimizes reordering frequency and shipping costs.
• Pure formula eliminates added chemicals, lowering disposal concerns and simplifying use.

Are there safety or storage precautions I should follow?

Because this product is a high-concentration acetic acid solution, handle it like any strong household chemical: keep away from children and pets, use protective gear when mixing, and store in a cool, ventilated place. Proper labeling and secure caps prevent accidental exposure and spills.

• Wear gloves, eye protection, and ensure good ventilation during use.
• Store upright in original container away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Do not mix with bleach or strong bases; always add acid to water when diluting, not the reverse.

Who is this for: Simply Vinegar 49% is aimed at homeowners, landscapers, facility managers, and hobbyists who need stronger, versatile cleaning performance than household vinegar provides. If you tackle heavy outdoor cleaning, restore weathered surfaces, maintain equipment, or want a concentrated, low-waste cleaning supply sourced and produced in the USA, this two-gallon pack delivers a reliable, no-frills option.
