simplehuman Touch-Free Sensor Liquid Soap Pump — 8 oz Brushed Nickel, No-Drip, Variable Dispense

The simplehuman 8 oz Touch-Free Sensor Liquid Soap Pump is a battery-powered, motion-activated dispenser that delivers precise, drip-free soap without touching the pump.

Designed for kitchens and bathrooms, this compact automatic soap dispenser helps limit surface contact and keep countertop areas tidy. A fast infrared sensor reads hand position instantly, while variable dispense settings let you choose a small, medium, or large dose. Built from durable brushed nickel, the exterior resists fingerprints and water marks, and the wide refill opening accepts most liquid soaps.

How quickly does the sensor respond when I place my hand under it?

The sensor activates in a fraction of a second for near-instant soap delivery, minimizing the time your hand needs to stay over the unit. That speed reduces hesitation and keeps the flow efficient for quick rinses or thorough washes.

• High-efficiency pump dispenses in about 0.2 seconds
• Infrared motion sensor detects precise hand position
• Consistent activation reduces wasted soap

Can I control how much soap comes out each time?

Yes — the dispenser includes easy-access volume control so you can choose the amount that fits the task, from a small squirt for light cleaning to a larger portion for soapy lathering. Adjusting the dose is immediate and intuitive.

• Three dose settings for small, medium, and large portions
• Position-based variable dispense: move your hand to fine-tune amount
• Reduces soap waste by matching dose to need

Will the spout drip or make a mess on my counter?

The unit is engineered to stop flow cleanly between pumps thanks to a flexible silicone valve that seals after each dispense. That no-drip design keeps the nozzle and countertop free from residue so cleanup is minimal.

• Silicone no-drip valve snaps shut to prevent drips
• Precision spout design minimizes pooling at the tip
• Less residue on counters and fewer sticky spots beneath the unit

What soaps fit this dispenser and how long do batteries last?

The wide refill opening accepts most liquid hand soaps, including thin and mid-viscosity formulations; it pairs especially well with simplehuman liquid hand soap for optimal flow. The dispenser runs on batteries that typically last for months under normal household use, so you can rely on continuous touch-free operation.

• Wide mouth accommodates a variety of liquid soaps
• Works best with simplehuman soap for consistent performance
• Battery-powered with long life between changes
