SightPro Magnetic Privacy Screen for MacBook Pro 16" (2021–2026) — Removable MagFit Filter, Anti-Glare & Blue-Light Reduction

SightPro's Magnetic Privacy Screen for the 16-inch MacBook Pro instantly blacks out side views while leaving your on-axis display sharp and protected.

Designed for the MacBook Pro 16-inch models released between 2021 and 2026 (compatible with models A2485, A2780, A2991, A3186, A3403, A3428, A3429), this removable privacy filter snaps on with built-in magnets to deliver quick installation and clean removal without adhesive. It gives professionals, travelers, and students a portable way to keep sensitive information private in open offices, transit, airports, and healthcare or financial settings. The filter also reduces glare, lowers blue light and UV exposure, and shields your display from scratches while remaining thin and lightweight.

How does the SightPro privacy filter protect screen content from prying eyes?

Using a directional micro-louver film, the SightPro privacy screen narrows the viewing angle so only someone sitting directly in front of the laptop can see the full display. Side viewers see a darkened screen, protecting confidential data without impacting your frontal clarity.

• Blocks visibility beyond roughly a 60° total viewing angle (about 30° each side)
• Multi-layer optical film preserves on-axis sharpness and color
• Works instantly — no software or power required

How do the magnets attach and is installation safe for my MacBook?

The SightPro filter is engineered to pair with the MacBook Pro’s integrated magnetic frame so the screen snaps into place along the top edge and holds securely across the bezel. There is no adhesive, tape, or hardware modification needed, allowing safe removal and reattachment without leaving residue.

• Instant snap-on magnetic fit — aligns automatically with the MacBook frame
• No glue or sticky mounts to damage the display or finish
• Removable for storage or when a full viewing angle is needed

What optical and protective features does the filter include?

SightPro combines privacy masking with surface protection and optical treatments: choose a glossy privacy finish for crisper color or a matte finish to cut glare. The layered construction also reduces blue light and UV exposure while guarding against scratches and scuffs.

• Dual finish options: privacy-enhancing glossy or anti-reflective matte
• Anti-glare, anti-reflection treatments and blue light/UV reduction
• Thin, lightweight shield that also prevents minor scratches

Can this filter help meet privacy or compliance needs?

The SightPro magnetic privacy screen supports privacy best practices by limiting on-screen visibility in public or multi-user environments. It’s designed for professionals handling sensitive information who need an added physical control to help align with organizational privacy policies.

• Useful in finance, healthcare, government, and corporate settings
• Helps reduce accidental shoulder-surfing risks in public places
• Section 889 and TAA compliant for many institutional buyers
