SIDEKICK AxisBoard balance board for foot & ankle rehab — split design with app-guided 10-day programs

The SIDEKICK AxisBoard is a split balance board with stackable pegs and guided 10-day programs designed to rebuild foot and ankle stability, mobility, and strength at home or in clinic.

Built for rehabilitation, athletic training, and everyday maintenance, the AxisBoard pairs a purpose-built platform with lifetime access to the Sidekick app. Short daily sessions guide you through progressive peg setups and video-led exercises that target the small stabilizer muscles and ankle mobility. The system is portable, non-slip, HSA/FSA eligible, and backed by a lifetime warranty—used by physical therapists and trainers to structure consistent rehab and performance work.

How does the AxisBoard help improve balance and ankle control?

The AxisBoard’s split design and adjustable peg positions create variable instability that trains the muscles responsible for fine balance and lateral control. Repeated short sessions improve neuromuscular coordination and functional stability without lengthy workouts.

• Split-platform engages left and right foot independently for asymmetric training.
• Stackable pegs allow micro-adjustments in height and range of motion.
• Three-minute daily progressions build consistency without fatigue.
• Guided videos ensure correct technique and safe progression.

What rehab or performance goals can I follow with the Sidekick app?

The Sidekick app includes structured 10-day programs tailored to common goals like plantar fascia tolerance, Achilles mobility, and ankle sprain recovery. Each day prescribes peg setups and step-by-step exercises so you always know the next progression.

• 10-day focused plans for specific conditions and performance aims.
• Clear daily instructions with video demonstrations and recommended reps.
• Lifetime access to the app so you can repeat or advance programs anytime.
• Programs designed with input from PTs and trainers for practical application.

How adjustable and durable is the AxisBoard for different users?

With more than 900 possible peg configurations, the AxisBoard adapts to beginners, returning athletes, and advanced users. The board’s anti-slip top, robust materials, and stackable peg system make it a durable choice for home, clinic, or travel use.

• 900+ configurations via stacking pegs for tailored difficulty.
• Anti-slip surface provides secure footing during exercises.
• Lightweight and portable for use in multiple settings.
• Lifetime warranty covers long-term ownership and use.

How long until I see meaningful improvements and how often should I use it?

The programs are purposefully brief: many users complete effective sessions in as little as three minutes per day. Consistency across the 10-day cycles in the app produces measurable improvements in stability and mobility, with continued use supporting maintenance and further gains.

• Daily sessions often take three minutes—easy to fit into routines.
• Repeatable 10-day cycles let you track progress and advance safely.
• Recommended usage varies by goal; app guidance personalizes frequency.
• Trusted protocol approach used by clinicians and trainers for adherence.

Who is this for? The AxisBoard is intended for people rebuilding ankle and foot function after injury, athletes seeking better balance, and anyone who wants stronger, more resilient feet. It’s suitable for clinic use and home practice, recommended by more than 60 physical therapists, and compatible with HSA/FSA accounts.
