SHOKZ OpenDots 2 Open-Ear Clip-On Earbuds White — Dolby Audio, 3-Mic Clear Calls, 40H Battery

SHOKZ OpenDots 2 are lightweight, open-ear clip-on earbuds that deliver Dolby-enhanced audio, clear three-mic calling, and up to 40 hours of playback with wireless charging.

The OpenDots 2 blend an open-ear design with improved Bassphere 2.0 drivers and Dolby Audio to offer impactful sound while keeping you aware of your surroundings. At 6.4 g per earbud and with a flexible JointArc, they clip securely behind the ear for comfortable all-day use. They also include interchangeable earbuds, advanced call processing with three microphones, and fast wireless charging in a compact case.

How do OpenDots 2 balance sound quality with being open-ear?

Instead of sealing the ear canal, OpenDots 2 direct sound into the ear using dual 11.8 mm drivers and MirrorPitch Technology, delivering fuller bass and clear mids without blocking ambient noise. Dolby Audio enhances clarity and stereo imaging so music and podcasts sound richer than typical open-ear devices.

• Dual 11.8 mm drivers for stronger low-end response
• Shokz Bassphere 2.0 and redesigned diaphragm for reduced distortion
• MirrorPitch directs audio accurately into the ear for fuller perceived sound
• Dolby Audio for improved clarity and spatial detail

Will calls be understandable in noisy places?

Yes—OpenDots 2 use a three-microphone array (bone conduction mic plus two air-conduction mics) with adaptive beamforming and AI noise reduction to isolate your voice. That combination helps reduce background noise and improves call intelligibility whether you’re walking in the city or working in a busy office.

• Bone conduction microphone for internal voice pickup
• Two air-conduction microphones for environmental voice capture
• Adaptive beamforming focuses on the speaker’s voice
• AI noise reduction minimizes wind and ambient noises

How comfortable and secure are they for daily wear and activity?

OpenDots 2 are built around a lightweight clip-on form with contoured silicone tips and a nickel-titanium JointArc that bends to fit your ear shape. At just 6.4 g per earbud they’re unobtrusive for long listening sessions, and IP57 water resistance protects against sweat and light exposure.

• Flexible JointArc for a reliable behind-ear fit
• Contoured silicone for stable, non-invasive contact points
• 6.4 g per earbud for reduced fatigue during extended use
• IP57-rated water and dust resistance for daily activities

How long does the battery last and how fast does it charge?

The charging case extends total listening time up to 40 hours, while each earbud runs about 10 hours per charge. Quick Charge provides up to 2 hours of playback from a 5-minute top-up, and Qi-certified wireless charging adds convenience for home or office charging stations.

• 10 hours per single charge
• Up to 40 hours total with included charging case
• 5-minute Quick Charge = ~2 hours playback
• Qi wireless charging and USB-C wired charging supported
