SHIMMERIX Washing Machine Cleaner Tablets for Pet Owners, 28-Pack — Front/Top-Load Safe, Odor-Neutralizing

SHIMMERIX Washing Machine Cleaner Pro tablets are concentrated, drop-in cleaning tablets designed to remove pet hair, dander, and odors from front- and top-loading washers with one simple cycle.

If you share your home with pets, their hair and skin particles can build up inside your washer drum, seals, and hoses — creating odors and reducing cleaning performance. These 28 single-use tablets are formulated to loosen trapped pet hair, neutralize lingering smells, and help prevent dander accumulation without scrubbing. They’re compatible with standard, high-efficiency (HE), front-load, top-load, and septic-safe systems, making routine washer maintenance fast and straightforward.

How do the tablets remove pet hair from my washer?

Each tablet dissolves during a cleaning cycle to release surfactants and loosening agents that help lift and dislodge trapped hair and residues. The agitation and water flow then flush these particles through the drum and into the drain, reducing clogs and maintaining machine efficiency.

• Drop-in single-use tablet — no measuring or mixing required
• Formulation targets hair and sticky residues clinging to seals and drum
• Works with agitation and rinse cycles to carry debris away

Will it get rid of pet odors and deep smells?

The tablets contain odor-neutralizing components that target the molecules causing persistent pet smells, rather than merely masking them. With repeated monthly use, they reduce the sources of odor by removing trapped hair, dander, and detergent buildup where smells develop.

• Neutralizes odors at their source instead of covering them
• Helps freshen the internal surfaces that hold smells
• Recommended periodic use for ongoing odor control

Are these tablets safe for my washer type and plumbing?

Yes — the formula is designed for compatibility with front-load, top-load, and HE machines, and it’s septic-safe for homes with septic systems. The tablets dissolve fully during a cycle and won’t harm seals, hoses, or typical washer components when used as directed.

• Safe for HE and standard machines
• Septic-system friendly ingredients
• No harsh abrasives that could damage seals or drum surfaces

How easy is it to use a tablet, and how often should I clean?

Using a tablet takes seconds: place one in the drum and run a normal or cleaning cycle without laundry. For households with one or more pets, monthly use is usually sufficient; heavy shedding or noticeable odors may call for biweekly cleaning until the washer is refreshed.

• Simple drop-and-run — no pre-soak or scrubbing
• 28 tablets in the pack supply regular maintenance for many months
• Adjust frequency based on shedding level and odor presence

They suit owners of front- and top-load washers, HE machines, and homes with septic systems who want to remove embedded pet hair, cut down on lingering smells, and reduce dander buildup without dismantling or scrubbing the washer. If you prefer a quick, reliable way to keep laundry appliances performing well and smelling fresh, these tablets offer a convenient maintenance routine.
