Shandali Stickyfiber Hot Yoga Towel - Blue 24" x 72", Silicone-Backed Non-Slip Absorbent Mat-Sized

Practice safely and confidently with a towel that combines soft, quick-wicking microfiber on top and an Eco-Silicone Web Grip bottom to reduce sliding. Sized to cover a standard yoga mat, the Stickyfiber towel helps keep your mat cleaner while offering a stable surface for sweaty or heated classes. The silicone dot backing grips floors and mats; the microfiber face absorbs moisture and dries quickly between sessions. It ships in blue in the standard size so you can swap towels between classes or wash them after use.

How does the silicone backing stop my towel from slipping?

The Eco-Silicone Web Grip bottom features silicone dots fused to the towel's underside to increase traction against yoga mats and floors. This patterned grip reduces lateral movement so you can hold poses without worrying about the towel shifting.

• Silicone dotted grip fused into the towel base for consistent traction
• Designed to stay put on both rubber mats and studio floors
• Reduces skidding that can interrupt balance during poses

Will it keep sweat from making my surface slippery?

The microfiber top layer is highly absorbent and pulls moisture away from the skin into the towel surface, helping keep hands and feet drier during practice. The combination of absorption and the silicone backing maintains a stable, grippy practice area even in heated or intense sessions.

• Quick-wicking microfiber captures sweat on contact
• Absorbent surface reduces slippage from pooled moisture
• Works well for Bikram, hot yoga, and sweaty gym classes

How do I care for and clean the Stickyfiber towel?

Cleaning is simple: the towel is machine washable, so you can toss it in with your laundry after practice to remove sweat and oils. Air or tumble dry on low to prolong the silicone backing; avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain absorbency and grip.

• Machine washable for easy upkeep
• Air dry or low-heat tumble to protect the silicone dots
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve function

What size is best for my mat and what poses benefit most?

This standard-size towel measures 24" x 72", matching most full-length yoga mats so it covers the mat from end to end. Poses that require strong hand or foot traction—like downward dog, chaturanga, and standing balances—are easier when your surface doesn’t slip.

• 24" x 72" fits most standard yoga mats lengthwise
• Ideal for weight-bearing poses and balance work
• Also suitable for Pilates and general gym floor exercises

Who is this for: The Shandali Stickyfiber towel is made for yogis and fitness enthusiasts who sweat, practice in heated rooms, or want a cleaner mat surface. It's a practical choice for hot yoga fans, Pilates participants, studio regulars, and anyone who needs a reliable, machine-washable, non-slip mat cover to improve stability and extend the life of their mat.
