Shameless Sour & Fruit Gummy Variety Pack — 6 Keto-Friendly Flavors, Low Sugar High Fiber

Shameless Snacks Sour Candy & Fruit Snacks is a keto-friendly gummy variety pack that delivers six bold sour and fruit flavors with low sugar, high fiber, and plant‑based ingredients.

Enjoy a candy lineup designed to satisfy tart and sweet cravings while keeping sugar and net carbs low. This variety pack from Shameless includes six distinct flavors — Peach, Red Raspberry Sour Scouts, Super Sour Blue Raspberry, Cherry Bomb, Green Apple Blast, and Watermelon — each portioned into individual bags for convenience. The recipes use pectin instead of gelatin, making them vegan and gluten free, and every bag is formulated to provide meaningful fiber with minimal sugar and calories.

What makes this gummy variety pack keto‑friendly and low in sugar?

Most flavors in this collection have only 3 grams of net carbs and 3 grams of total sugar per bag, keeping the carb load minimal compared with traditional candy. The combination of low sugar, reduced calories, and significant fiber helps these gummies fit into lower‑carb eating patterns when enjoyed in moderation.

• 3g total sugar in most bags; Cherry is higher at 8g.
• 3g net carbs for most flavors; Cherry varies for taste balance.
• 70–90 calories per bag, portioned for snacking control.

How does the high fiber content affect taste and texture?

Shameless boosts fiber to deliver a satisfying chew without relying on gelatin or excess sugar. The added fiber contributes to a denser, fruit‑forward texture that still maintains a soft gummy bite and a punchy sour finish.

• About 26 grams of fiber per bag — a high fiber amount compared to typical candies.
• Pectin‑based gel yields a tender, fruit‑like chew.
• Natural fruit flavors carry the sour and sweet profile without heavy sweeteners.

Are these snacks suitable for kids, lunches, and movie nights?

Yes — the single‑serve bags make this variety pack ideal for school lunchboxes, on‑the‑go treats, and movie night sharing. Because they’re plant‑based and dye free, they meet many common dietary preferences and work well for families seeking lower‑sugar alternatives to traditional candy.

• Individually portioned bags for easy packing and sharing.
• Vegan, gluten free, and made without gelatin or artificial dyes.
• Bright, kid‑friendly flavors like Watermelon and Super Sour Blue Raspberry.

How do the flavors vary and which is best for sour lovers?

The pack balances tart and sweet across six distinct profiles, with Super Sour Blue Raspberry and Red Raspberry Sour Scouts offering the most pronounced tang. Fruitier options like Peach and Watermelon provide a milder, sweeter chew for those who prefer less intensity.

• Super Sour Blue Raspberry: highest sour kick, for tart enthusiasts.
• Red Raspberry Sour Scouts: balanced sour and berry flavor.
• Peach & Watermelon: softer, fruit‑forward sweetness.
• Green Apple Blast & Cherry Bomb: bold fruit notes with bright finish.

Who is this for? Shameless Snacks Sour Candy & Fruit Snacks are intended for adults and older children who want flavorful gummy candy with lower sugar, fewer net carbs, and added fiber. They suit people following low‑carb or keto‑inspired diets, vegans seeking gelatin‑free candy, parents packing portioned treats, and anyone looking for a bolder sour candy alternative without the usual high sugar load. While these gummies offer a lower‑sugar option, enjoy them as part of a balanced diet and check the Cherry flavor’s slightly higher sugar if you’re tracking every gram.
