How much will this hold and what size files fit?

This unit is sized for letter-format paperwork and hanging folders, giving you a compact but roomy place to organize bills, project folders and reference materials. The internal space accommodates a reasonable stack of papers without bulging or collapsing.

• Approximate external dimensions: 14" L x 12.2" W x 10.23" H
• Designed to fit standard letter-size hanging folders and papers
• Room for magazines, mail, notebooks and several folders
• Open-top design for easy insertion and retrieval

Is it easy to move and store when not in use?

The organizer was made for portability and compact storage: a reinforced handle lets you carry it between rooms, and the collapsible frame folds flat to slide under shelves or into closets. That makes it handy for seasonal projects, temporary filing or shared offices where you need to relocate supplies often.

• Integrated top handle for one-handed carrying
• Collapses flat to reduce storage footprint when empty
• Lightweight metal mesh construction for easier lifting
• Simple setup—no tools required to open or fold

Will the mesh design keep documents protected and organized?

Mesh sides offer solid structural support while allowing you to identify contents without opening the box, which speeds sorting. The metal construction resists tipping and holds its shape, making it a longer-lasting alternative to cheap plastic bins.

• Sturdy metal mesh resists denting and warping
• Visibility of contents helps quick retrieval and sorting
• Better airflow reduces musty paper odors in stored documents
• Stable base prevents sagging under typical loads

How does this organizer help reduce clutter in small spaces?

By consolidating loose papers, mail and magazines into one designated container, the file crate makes it easier to maintain tidy countertops, shelves and entryway tables. Its vertical sides maximize capacity while occupying minimal floor or desktop area.

• Compact footprint saves desk and shelf space
• Suitable for apartments, dorm rooms, home offices and reception areas
• Helps create a single, repeatable place for daily paperwork
• Works well as an insert for larger cabinets or shelving systems
