RUIKORING Water Leak Alarm Detectors 5-Pack — 0–120dB Adjustable, IP67 Waterproof

The RUIKORING 5-pack water leak alarm is a portable, battery-powered sensor set that detects drips and pooling with high-sensitivity probes and sounds a configurable 0–120dB alert.

Compact and ready-to-use straight from the box, these five standalone leak detectors provide continuous, tool-free monitoring for areas prone to water intrusion. Each unit uses multiple exposed probes to sense liquid conduction, flashes a red LED and emits an adjustable alarm when moisture is present. Rugged IP67-rated housings and included AAA batteries make them suitable for basements, laundry rooms, under sinks, and other damp locations where early detection matters.

How quickly will the detector alert me to a leak?

Detection is immediate once liquid bridges the sensor probes. Adjacent bottom probes are designed to trip on direct contact with water, while the top probes can respond to heavier mist or splashes.

• Multiple probe layout for rapid contact sensing
• Instant alarm sound and red LED flash on trigger
• Works on tile, wood, concrete and other flat surfaces

Can I control the alarm volume or silence it when needed?

Yes — a long press of the TEST button cycles through four volume settings including a mute option. That makes it simple to use in bedrooms, quiet living spaces, or noisy utility areas where different alert levels are appropriate.

• Adjustable from silent (0 dB) to very loud (120 dB)
• Quick volume switching with the TEST button
• Mute after discovery to stop further disturbance

Are these detectors durable enough for damp environments?

Each unit is built to an IP67 standard, so it resists dust and tolerates brief immersion without damage. The casing and sensor plating are designed to resist corrosion so the devices can function long-term in humid or splash-prone areas.

• IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof housing
• Rust-resistant coating on probe areas for longevity
• Suitable for laundry rooms, basements, and next to appliances

How do I install and maintain the alarm for reliable performance?

Installation requires no wiring — just insert the provided AAA batteries and place the unit where leaks are likely. Because the detector senses via electrode conduction, routine cleaning of the probes prevents false triggers from persistent surface moisture or airborne mist.

• Comes with 10 AAA batteries for extended standby life
• Place on any flat surface—no tools required
• Wipe probes regularly in high-humidity environments

Who is this for: The RUIKORING 5-pack is ideal for homeowners, landlords, property managers and small business owners who want an affordable, no-fuss early warning system for water leaks. It’s also convenient for renters or anyone who needs portable coverage in multiple rooms — install detectors under sinks, near water heaters, by washing machines or in basements to gain fast, audible alerts before small drips become expensive problems.
