Rowenta Steam Iron DW2360 – 1700W Stainless Steel Microsteam Soleplate, Black, Auto-Off

Rowenta DW2360 is a 1700W steam iron with a stainless-steel Microsteam soleplate that delivers powerful, even steam and a precision tip for fast, reliable wrinkle removal.

Designed for everyday wardrobe care, the Rowenta Iron Steamer for Clothes combines durable stainless-steel construction with Microsteam technology and a quick heat-up to simplify ironing. Over 300 micro-holes distribute steam evenly across fabric, while features like vertical steaming, an extra-large refillable tank, and an auto-off safety function make it practical for garments, delicates, and home textiles.

How does the Microsteam soleplate improve ironing results?

The stainless-steel soleplate uses more than 300 micro-holes to spread steam uniformly, which reduces the number of passes needed to remove creases. The smooth surface and concentrated steam flow help fabrics glide and finish with a professional look.

• 300+ micro-holes for consistent steam coverage
• Smooth stainless-steel finish for effortless gliding
• Precision tip targets collars, seams, and around buttons

Can this iron handle heavy creases and vertical steaming?

Yes — the DW2360 delivers a powerful steam shot (up to 180 g/min) for stubborn wrinkles and supports vertical steaming for hanging items. That makes it suitable for suits, drapes, and quick touch-ups on hanging garments without an ironing board.

• Steam boost feature for deep-set creases
• Vertical steam mode for curtains and suits
• Quick heat-up reduces waiting time between cycles

What practical features make daily use easier?

This Rowenta model focuses on convenience with an ergonomically shaped handle, easy refilling of the large water tank, and an automatic shutoff for safety. The design balances performance with user-friendly details so routine pressing stays efficient and low-effort.

• Large, easy-fill water tank for longer ironing sessions
• Ergonomic handle for comfortable grip during extended use
• Auto-off safety feature for added peace of mind

Which fabrics and garments are best suited for this iron?

The Rowenta steam iron is versatile across many textiles — from sturdy cotton and linen to delicate silks and synthetics when used at the recommended settings. Its precision tip and adjustable steam let you tailor heat and moisture to each garment's needs without overworking fabric.

• Cotton and linen: uses higher steam and heat for effective crease removal
• Silk and synthetics: lower steam and temperature prevent shine or damage
• Delicates, suits, and curtains benefit from vertical steaming and precision tip

Who is this for: The Rowenta DW2360 suits households and busy individuals who want a dependable, high-performance steam iron for frequent garment care. It’s a good match for anyone who needs fast heat-up, strong steam power for stubborn wrinkles, and safety features like auto-off — from professionals who need crisp shirts to families tackling daily laundry and occasional home textiles like curtains.
