ROTIAH Peppermint Rodent Repellent 24-Pack — Natural, Non-Toxic Sachets for Mice & Rats (30‑Day Protection)

ROTIAH Peppermint Oil Rodent Repellent is a 24‑pack of natural, non‑toxic scent pouches that discourage mice, rats and other small pests indoors and outdoors without traps or poisons.

If you prefer a humane, chemical‑free way to protect your home, garage or vehicle from rodents and common pests, these peppermint oil balls provide an easy scent barrier. Each sachet releases strong minty essential oils for up to 30 days and covers roughly 120 sq. ft., allowing strategic placement where rodents nest, travel or hide. The product is marketed as family‑ and pet‑safe when used as directed, offering an eco‑friendly alternative to sticky traps, snap traps and rodenticides.

How quickly will I notice fewer mice and pests?

Results vary with infestation size and placement, but many users report rodents avoiding treated areas within a few days as the strong peppermint scent becomes established. For best effect, place sachets directly where rodents are active and replace them monthly or sooner if scent fades.

• Expect initial deterrence within 48–72 hours in many situations
• Replace individual sachets every 30 days for continuous coverage
• Use multiple sachets in larger or multi‑entry areas to strengthen the scent perimeter

Where should I put the peppermint pouches to get the most benefit?

Place the mesh pouches in locations rodents frequent: along baseboards, under appliances, inside cabinets, in attics, garages, engine bays and storage boxes. Avoid placing them where pets can chew them and keep sachets in dry spots for maximum scent longevity.

• Kitchen corners, pantry shelves and behind appliances
• Garages, sheds, basements, attics and RV compartments
• Near vehicle engine bays and tractor storage (secure to prevent pet access)

Are these peppermint pouches safe around children and pets?

ROTIAH pouches are formulated from plant‑based essential oils and are free from rodenticides and harsh chemicals, making them a safer option than poisons and many traps when used responsibly. However, they are not edible — keep sachets out of reach of curious children and animals to avoid chewing or ingestion.

• Non‑toxic, chemical‑free formulation intended for deterrence only
• Not a substitute for safe storage or pet supervision
• Secure placement recommended to prevent accidental chewing

How long does each pouch last and how much area does one cover?

Each peppermint oil pouch releases scent for up to 30 days under normal indoor conditions and is estimated to protect about 120 sq. ft. For larger rooms, multi‑level homes or heavy infestations, use multiple pouches and rotate placement monthly to maintain coverage.

• Up to 30 days of scent per pouch in typical conditions
• Approximately 120 sq. ft. effective area per pouch
• Use several pouches to create layered protection in larger spaces
