roborock Saros 10R robot vacuum and mop — ultra-slim 22,000Pa suction, 10‑in‑1 self‑care dock

The Saros 10R packs pro-level features into a 3.14-inch profile so it can reach under low furniture while still delivering powerful cleaning and intelligent mapping. Its StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 builds a precise 3D map and avoids cords and tricky legs, and the Multifunctional Dock 4.0 handles washing, drying, refilling, and 60-day dust collection so routine maintenance is minimal. Below are common buyer questions answered clearly to help you decide if this model fits your home.

How does the Saros 10R navigate tight spaces and avoid obstacles?

The StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 uses advanced 3D sensing and a VertiBeam lateral obstacle avoidance approach to detect furniture legs, cables, and irregular obstacles. It maps rooms without a raised LDS tower, letting the low-profile robot clean under beds and sofas while steering clear of entanglements.

• 3D sensors detect and classify up to 108 obstacle types for precise pathing.
• VertiBeam technology negotiates cables and thin obstacles along edges.
• Ultra-thin 3.14" chassis fits under low-clearance furniture for full-coverage cleaning.

What cleaning power and brushes does it use for pet hair and dirt?

With 22,000 Pa HyperForce suction and a Zero-Tangling DuoDivide main brush, the Saros 10R pulls embedded dirt, crumbs, and long hair from carpets and hard floors. Anti-tangle wheels and a FlexiArm riser side brush keep hair from wrapping around components, reducing maintenance frequency.

• 22,000 Pa suction for deep pickup on tile, hardwood, and low- to medium-pile carpet.
• Zero-Tangling brush design paired with omnidirectional anti-tangle wheels.
• FlexiArm riser side brush extends to capture corners and edges effectively.

How does the mopping system work and protect carpets?

The Saros 10R features dual spinning mops with an AdaptiLift chassis that automatically lifts the mops and brush when carpet is detected. The mop extends to reach edges and low-clearance areas, then retracts for carpeted zones to avoid wetting long fibers.

• Dual spinning mops for consistent wet cleaning on hard floors.
• Auto-lift when carpets or thresholds are sensed to prevent moisture transfer.
• Auto re-wash and re-mop routines for heavily soiled spots.

What does the Multifunctional Dock 4.0 do to reduce hands-on upkeep?

The 10-in-1 dock handles mop washing, hot-air drying, auto detergent dispensing, tank refilling, and 60-day dust collection, letting the robot return ready for the next cycle. Hot-water wash and high-temperature drying keep the mop hygienic, while quick charging minimizes downtime.

• 176°F mop wash and 131°F hot-air mop drying for cleaner, drier pads.
• 60-day automatic dust collection and auto tank refilling for extended unattended use.
• 2.5-hour fast charging and auto re-wash for heavily soiled zones.

Who this is for: The roborock Saros 10R is a strong choice for households that need powerful suction, low-profile access under furniture, and a near–hands-off cleaning routine. It suits busy homes with pets, long-haired residents, or mixed floor types where thorough edge and corner cleaning plus reliable mop care are priorities. If you want a compact robot that blends advanced 3D sensing, anti-tangle mechanics, and an extensive self-maintenance dock, the Saros 10R delivers efficient cleaning with minimal daily intervention.
