RMR Brands RMR-86 Instant Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Spray — 1 Gallon, Scrub-Free Ready-to-Use Formula

RMR-86 is a professional-strength, ready-to-use spray that removes mold and mildew discoloration quickly without scrubbing.

Designed for homeowners and pros alike, RMR-86 targets the stubborn stains left by mold and mildew on a wide variety of surfaces. Its fast-acting formula penetrates deeply embedded discoloration so you can restore appearance without lengthy mechanical effort. For best results, use with adequate ventilation and appropriate personal protective equipment.

How does RMR-86 remove stains so quickly?

The formulation is engineered to break down the pigments and residues that cause visible staining, allowing the discoloration to lift from porous and non-porous materials. You simply spray and let the product work — no vigorous scrubbing required.

• Starts working on contact to loosen deep-set stains
• Penetrates porous surfaces like wood and concrete
• Ready-to-use spray for fast application

Which surfaces is the spray safe to use on?

RMR-86 is formulated for use on many common building materials where mold and mildew appear. Always test an inconspicuous area first, since finishes and paints can react differently.

• Wood decks, trim, and painted siding
• Concrete floors, brick, and masonry
• Drywall, kitchen surfaces, and vinyl siding

What is the correct way to apply RMR-86 for best results?

Apply the product directly to the affected area and allow it to dwell until stains fade; agitation is rarely necessary. Ensure the space is ventilated and wear gloves and eye protection when spraying to avoid irritation.

• Spray evenly over the stained area until fully wetted
• Allow dwell time; reapply if deeply embedded staining remains
• Rinse or wipe where appropriate after stain removal to remove residue

Is this product suitable for indoor use and safety considerations?

RMR-86 can be used indoors, but proper ventilation and protective gear are recommended during application. The product is a stain-removal solution rather than a disinfectant; follow label instructions for safe handling and disposal.

• Use in well-ventilated areas to minimize fumes
• Wear gloves and eye protection; avoid skin contact
• Follow local disposal regulations for cleaning products

Who is this for: RMR-86 is aimed at homeowners, property managers, and contractors who need a powerful, labor-saving option to restore surfaces affected by mold and mildew staining. If you want a ready-to-use gallon that handles decks, siding, masonry, and indoor stains with minimal scrubbing, this product is a practical choice.
