Ridgeline full-brim hard hat Matte Black Graphite — vented ABS shell, 4-point ratchet suspension

The Pyramex Ridgeline full-brim hard hat is a vented, ABS-constructed safety helmet with an easy-to-adjust 4-point ratchet suspension and replaceable padded sweatband for comfortable, durable head protection.

This Ridgeline hard hat blends a lightweight ABS shell with practical features—venting for airflow, a ratchet suspension for one-handed sizing, and a removable padded sweatband—to suit long shifts and varied environments. The matte black graphite pattern gives a professional look while meeting HT/LT temperature ratings; hi-vis color options are HV-tested. The 4-point setup converts to a 6-point system with an optional HP6PTSUS strap (sold separately), and replacement parts are available to extend service life.

How does the Ridgeline improve comfort during extended wear?

Comfort is addressed through the combination of a lightweight ABS shell, venting to reduce heat buildup, and a padded fabric/polyurethane foam sweatband that cushions the forehead. The ratchet suspension lets you fine-tune fit without removing gloves, maintaining comfort across shifts.

• ABS shell for reduced weight and fatigue
• Vents promote airflow to lower interior temperature
• Padded, replaceable sweatband for cushioning and moisture control
• Ratchet adjustment for quick, one-handed fit changes

What protection and compliance features does this hard hat offer?

The Ridgeline meets temperature performance tests for high and low environments (HT and LT ratings) and is built from impact-resistant ABS. While it offers robust mechanical protection, users should follow site-specific PPE requirements—add accessories only if compatible and approved.

• Durable ABS construction resists impacts while staying light
• HT and LT rated for temperature performance
• Full-brim design adds peripheral coverage from sun and debris
• Optional HP6PTSUS strap available to convert to 6-point suspension

How easy is it to adjust, maintain, and replace parts?

The integrated ratchet suspension makes micro-adjustments simple and safe during wear, eliminating the need to take the hat off. The sweatband and suspension components are replaceable so you can refresh comfort and fit without buying a new shell.

• Ratchet knob for quick size changes, even with gloves
• Replaceable soft brow pad and headbands for hygiene and longevity
• Conversion option to 6-point suspension using HP6PTSUS strap
• Replacement parts available to extend service life

What makes the matte black graphite pattern a good choice for professionals?

The matte black graphite finish provides a low-glare, professional appearance that resists showing dirt and scuffs while maintaining visibility of identification labels. It pairs well with standard PPE and uniform colors and is a neutral option for supervisors, foremen, and crews seeking a discreet, rugged look.

• Matte finish minimizes reflections on bright sites
• Graphite pattern hides wear and extends professional appearance
• Compatible with decals, logos, and ID stickers
• Hi-vis color alternatives are HV-tested if higher visibility is required
