How does this pillow help with daily sitting and lounging?

The shredded memory foam conforms to the shape of your lower back and torso, creating a customized support surface that relieves localized pressure while you sit or recline. It works well on office chairs, sofas, and car seats without being too stiff.

• Shredded foam offers responsive contouring and airflow.
• 14 x 36 inches fits standard lumbar covers and sofas.
• Soft satin fabric provides a smooth, breathable touch.

What maintenance is required to keep the insert fresh?

The entire pillow insert is machine-washable on a gentle cycle and tolerates quick-dry methods, making it easy to refresh after regular use. For everyday protection, use a removable 14 x 36 lumbar pillow cover to prevent stains and reduce washing frequency.

• Machine-wash gentle cycle; air- or quick-dry friendly.
• Recommend using a removable cover for simple care.
• Allow up to 72 hours for full expansion after unpacking.

Can this insert be used with decorative pillow covers?

Yes — the insert is intentionally sold without a cover so you can pair it with any standard 14 x 36-inch lumbar pillowcase to match your decor. Its shape and density are designed to fill covers evenly and keep a neat silhouette on couches and beds.

• Sold plain to let you customize style with covers.
• Consistent fill distribution for straight, tidy edges.
• Works with both zippered and envelope-style covers.

What should I expect when the pillow arrives compressed?

The insert is vacuum-sealed to reduce shipping volume. After opening, give the pillow time to regain its full loft — gently pat and fluff the fill to speed expansion. Full resilience typically returns within 72 hours as the shredded memory foam settles into place.

• Vacuum-packed for eco-friendly shipping and reduced bulk.
• Pat and fluff to accelerate expansion and shape recovery.
• Memory foam reaches intended support in about three days.
