RESCUE! Reusable Yellowjacket Traps — 2-Pack with Long‑Lasting Attractant, Bee‑Safe Durable Plastic

RESCUE! Reusable Yellowjacket Trap is a two-pack of durable, USA-made traps that lure and contain yellowjackets using a long-lasting attractant designed to avoid honeybees.

If yellowjackets are disrupting outdoor meals, patios, or work areas, this ready-to-use two-trap kit provides a simple, low-maintenance way to reduce stinging yellowjacket activity. Each trap is made from tough plastic for season-after-season use and ships with attractant that draws in roughly a dozen North American yellowjacket species. The design directs insects through bottom-entry holes into a containment chamber where they cannot escape.

How does the trap catch yellowjackets?

The trap uses a scent-based attractant formulated to appeal to yellowjackets. Insects enter through the holes in the trap’s bottom, then become trapped inside the chamber and succumb from dehydration rather than pesticide exposure.

• Specially formulated attractant included with each trap
• Bottom-entry holes guide hornet-sized yellowjackets inward
• Containment chamber prevents escape without chemical sprays

Will this harm honeybees or other beneficial insects?

RESCUE! engineered the trap to target yellowjackets specifically; it does not attract honeybees. The attractant’s scent profile and trap geometry minimize capture of non-target pollinators.

• Designed to avoid attracting honeybees
• Targets roughly a dozen common North American yellowjacket species
• Not intended for wasps or hornets outside the yellowjacket group

How long does the attractant last and how reusable is the trap?

The included attractant lasts for weeks under typical outdoor conditions and the trap’s durable plastic body is built for multiple seasons. When the attractant is exhausted, replacement refills are available so you can keep using the same traps season after season.

• Attractant stays active for weeks without daily maintenance
• Durable plastic construction for repeat use
• Compatibility with sold-separately refill attractants

How do I set up and position the traps for best results?

Place traps where yellowjackets are active but away from high-traffic human areas to reduce attraction to your patio. Hang or stake traps near known nest locations, trash cans, or food sources; check and replace attractant as needed.

• Hang or stake outdoors near food sources or nest paths
• Position away from dining areas to draw insects away
• Empty and refresh attractant according to capture levels

Who is this for: Homeowners, gardeners, picnic hosts, and property managers who want a non-spray, reusable method to reduce yellowjacket presence will appreciate this two-pack. It is suitable for backyard patios, BBQ areas, parks, and light commercial settings where targeted control of yellowjackets is desired without harming honeybees. Manufactured in the USA, the RESCUE! trap provides a durable, convenient option for seasonal yellowjacket management with replaceable attractant refills available for longer-term use.
