RENPHO Smart Scale Elis 1 — Bluetooth Body Weight & 13‑Metric Body Composition, Glass Finish, Multi‑User

RENPHO Elis 1 is a Bluetooth smart bathroom scale that tracks weight plus 13 body composition metrics and syncs them to the RENPHO Health app for ongoing progress monitoring.

Compact and glass‑finished, the RENPHO Elis 1 combines precise sensors with app connectivity so you can view weight, BMI, body fat and additional measurements over time. The scale supports multiple users, auto‑recognizes profiles, and integrates with popular health platforms to centralize your fitness data. It’s built to be easy to set up and durable for everyday use.

How accurate is the RENPHO Elis 1 for everyday measurements?

The Elis 1 uses four high‑sensitivity electrodes and advanced sensors to report weight in 0.2 lb (0.05 kg) increments and estimates 13 body composition metrics. It auto‑calibrates at each use to reduce variability and is designed for consistent home tracking rather than clinical diagnostics.

• Weight precision: 0.2 lb / 0.05 kg increments for stable tracking.
• Max capacity: supports up to 400 lbs (180 kg).
• Durable build: tempered glass platform and sturdy footpads for longevity.
• Auto‑calibration: resets baseline with each use to improve repeatability.

Which health metrics can I view and where do they appear?

Beyond weight, the Elis 1 estimates 13 key metrics including BMI and body fat percentage; three primary values (weight, BMI, body fat) display on the scale while the full breakdown is available in the RENPHO Health app. All readings are stored so you can review trends daily, weekly, and monthly.

• On‑device display: weight, BMI, and body fat at a glance.
• App dashboard: full 13‑metric report with historical charts.
• Trend views: daily, weekly, and monthly progress graphs.
• Export/sync options: link to Apple Health, Samsung Health, and Fitbit.

How do I connect the scale and share data with other apps?

Setup takes minutes: install the RENPHO Health app, enable Bluetooth, and follow in‑app pairing prompts. Once connected, the app can sync automatically with Apple Health, Samsung Health, and Fitbit so your measurements populate alongside other activity and nutrition data.

• Pairing: Bluetooth connection through the RENPHO Health app.
• Third‑party sync: optional links to Apple Health, Samsung Health, Fitbit.
• Multiuser support: unlimited profiles and automatic user recognition.
• FSA/HSA eligible: compatible with certain health spending accounts.

What design features support family use and safety?

The Elis 1 is built for households: stable tempered glass, non‑slip footpads, and a Baby Mode that lets you track infants or pets when placed on the scale with an adult. Unlimited user profiles and automatic recognition make it simple for multiple family members to maintain individual logs.

• Baby Mode: track small children or pets accurately with tare functionality.
• Unlimited users: separate profiles for every family member.
• Stable platform: anti‑slip pads and tempered glass surface for safety.
• Compact size: fits most bathrooms and stores upright when not in use.

Who this scale is for: the RENPHO Elis 1 suits anyone seeking an affordable, connected way to track weight and body composition trends at home — from beginners building healthy habits to experienced users who want integration with existing fitness platforms. It’s practical for families who need multiuser support and for individuals who prefer app‑based progress charts rather than one‑off measurements. If you want regular, easy-to-access body metrics and historical tracking without clinical testing, the Elis 1 is designed for that use.
