Reilauto HEPA Cabin Air Filter for Tesla Model 3 & Model Y — 4-Layer Activated Carbon, Exact Fit

Designed specifically for Tesla Model 3 (2016–2026) and Model Y (2020–2026), this replacement cabin filter is made to match Tesla’s intake geometry and deliver a stronger filtration performance than generic or basic biofilters. It combines a HEPA-grade element, meltblown electrostatic layer, and activated carbon media inside a moisture-resistant sponge frame for durable, consistent airflow and odor control.

How does this filter improve the in-cabin air compared with generic filters?

The Reilauto filter uses a professional 4-layer construction that captures fine particles, reduces common outdoor odors, and adds an electrostatic layer to attract microscopic contaminants. It’s built to perform better than single-layer or basic carbon-only filters while fitting Tesla’s air intake without modification.

• Four combined layers: meltblown electrostatic, HEPA filtration, activated carbon, and supportive sponge frame
• Rated to capture a high percentage of dust and odor gases compared with standard filters
• Engineered to align precisely with Tesla Model 3/Y intake geometry for proper sealing

How simple is installation and what’s included in the kit?

Replacement takes under five minutes and requires no professional tools. The package is a two-piece kit that includes a removal tool for fast, clean swaps so owners can maintain filtration without service center visits.

• Two filter pieces sized for Tesla Model 3/Y
• Removal tool included to simplify extraction of the old filter
• Step-by-step swap can be completed quickly with basic instructions

What materials are used and how do they handle humid or harsh conditions?

Reilauto uses quality materials—meltblown electrostatic media, a HEPA layer, activated carbon beads, and a sturdy sponge frame—that resist deformation and moisture. The construction includes desiccant-like performance to remain stable and effective in humid climates or under regular HVAC cycling.

• Durable sponge frame prevents warping and maintains a tight seal
• Activated carbon layer improves odor absorption over standard filters
• Meltblown and HEPA layers trap fine particulates and aerosols better than single-layer designs

When should I replace this filter and what support does Reilauto provide?

For steady performance, Reilauto recommends replacement every 8–12 months or about every 12,000–15,000 miles, depending on driving and local air quality. Customer support is available for fit, performance questions, or replacement guidance if an issue arises.

• Recommended replacement interval: 8–12 months or 12k–15k miles
• Customer support for installation, fitment, and performance concerns
• Best used as part of routine vehicle HVAC maintenance

Who is this for? The Reilauto Tesla Model 3 / Model Y HEPA cabin air filter is made for owners who want a direct-fit replacement that improves particle capture and odor control beyond standard filters. It’s ideal for Tesla drivers in urban, pollen-prone, or high-traffic areas who prefer an easy DIY install and a robust, moisture-resistant design that stands up to daily use.
