Red Bird Soft Peppermint Puffs Bulk 52 oz Tub — No Red 40 Dye, Individually Wrapped Soft Mints

Red Bird Soft Peppermint Puffs are soft, melt-in-your-mouth peppermint candies made with real peppermint oil and no Red 40 dye, packaged in a 52 oz resealable tub for bulk sharing and refilling.

These classic soft peppermint puffs deliver a clean peppermint flavor and a pillowy texture that dissolves gently on the tongue. Reformulated to remove synthetic Red 40, the signature stripe now uses natural vegetable-based coloring while preserving the original recipe, texture, and hand-striped appearance. Packaged in individually wrapped pieces inside a large tub, they’re built for high-traffic settings, gatherings, and anyone who prefers a softer mint without artificial dyes.

How do these puffs taste and feel when you eat them?

The puffs offer a soft, yielding texture that breaks down smoothly without becoming gritty or chalky. The flavor is true peppermint, derived from pure peppermint oil rather than artificial flavoring, giving a fresh, straightforward mint experience.

• Soft, melt-away texture that dissolves evenly on the tongue.
• Clean peppermint aroma and taste from real peppermint oil.
• No hard centers or chalky aftertaste to linger after each piece.
• Individually wrapped for freshness and portability.

Are these mints made with simple, recognizable ingredients?

Yes — the ingredient list is intentionally short and familiar. Sugar and real peppermint oil are the base, and the stripe color now comes from vegetable juice instead of synthetic Red 40. The recipe avoids common additives and artificial extras.

• No Red 40 dye, no artificial flavors, and no preservatives.
• No high-fructose corn syrup; sweetened with pure cane sugar.
• Short ingredient list that’s easy to read and understand.
• Coloring updated to natural sources while maintaining the classic look.

Where and when are these bulk puffs most useful?

The 52 oz tub is designed for places and events that need a steady supply of individually wrapped mints. It sits well on counters, reception desks, break rooms, and event tables so guests or customers can grab a piece anytime.

• Refill for office bowls, front desks, and retail checkout stations.
• Great for holiday candy dishes, wedding candy tables, and party favors.
• Portable individually wrapped pieces for travel, study sessions, or meetings.
• Also useful for cafeterias, classrooms, and hospitality settings.

What dietary and production standards should I expect?

These puffs carry several certifications and are produced in a facility that minimizes common allergen risks. They suit many dietary preferences without compromising the handcrafted character of the candy.

• Gluten-Free Certified and Non-GMO Project Verified.
• Certified Kosher; dairy-free, fat-free, and vegetarian-friendly.
• Made in a facility free from the top nine allergens for broader table inclusion.
• Handcrafted in Lexington, North Carolina, using a long-established technique.

Who is this for? Red Bird Soft Peppermint Puffs are ideal for buyers who want a nostalgia-style peppermint candy with modern ingredient transparency: event planners and office managers stocking communal candy bowls, hosts seeking a classic mint for dessert or hot drinks, and individuals who prefer real peppermint and fewer artificial additives. If you value a handmade texture and a recognizable ingredient list in a bulk, easy-to-serve format, this 52 oz tub is a practical choice that keeps the iconic Red Bird character intact while removing synthetic dye.
