Recess Mood Calm Drink Variety Pack is a 12-can sampler of lightly sparkling, adaptogen- and magnesium-infused drinks designed to help you relax and unwind without heavy calories or artificial sweeteners.

These flavored sparkling waters combine magnesium L‑threonate with calming botanicals like L‑theanine and lemon balm, offering a low‑sugar, low‑calorie alternative to sugary sodas or alcoholic beverages when you want a calmer moment. The 12‑pack includes three cans each of Strawberry Rose, Raspberry Lemon, Lime Citrus, and Grapefruit Tangerine, crafted with real fruit pieces for authentic taste and bright aroma.

What ingredients make Recess Mood Calm different from other sparkling waters?

Recess Mood Calm blends targeted ingredients aimed at supporting relaxation cues such as magnesium L‑threonate, L‑theanine, and lemon balm. The formula focuses on pleasant flavor and subtle functional botanicals rather than stimulants or heavy sweeteners.

• Magnesium L‑threonate — a form chosen for potential brain bioavailability.
• L‑theanine — an amino acid commonly paired with calming beverages.
• Lemon balm — a botanical used for gentle, soothing flavor notes.
• Real dried fruit pieces in each flavor for natural taste and aroma.

How many flavors are included and what do they taste like?

The 12‑pack sampler contains four distinct flavors, each presented three times so you can try and rotate favorites. Flavors range from bright citrus to soft berry notes, all finished with a light sparkle and subtle sweetness from fruit juice rather than added sugar.

• Strawberry Rose — floral sweetness with ripe strawberry notes.
• Raspberry Lemon — tart raspberry balanced by crisp lemon.
• Lime Citrus — zesty lime with a clear, refreshing finish.
• Grapefruit Tangerine — bittersweet grapefruit lifted by tangerine.

How does calorie and sugar content fit into a mindful beverage choice?

Each can is formulated to keep calories and added sugars low, making it suitable for light indulgence or replacing higher‑calorie drinks. Recess relies on modest fruit juice for sweetness, resulting in about 20 calories and up to 4 grams of sugar per serving, with no added sugars or artificial sweeteners.

• Zero added sugar — sweetness comes from real fruit juice.
• About 20 calories per can — light and low‑calorie refreshment.
• No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives listed.

When and how might I drink Recess Mood Calm?

These cans are intended for moments when you want to slow down, such as winding down after work, pausing during a busy day, or choosing a nonalcoholic option for social situations. They’re ready chilled and can be enjoyed straight from the can, over ice, or as a mixer with nonalcoholic or spirited beverages if desired.

• Evening wind‑down — a low‑alcohol alternative for nighttime routines.
• Mindful pause during a busy day — portable, canned convenience.
• Party or social setting — as a flavorful nonalcoholic option.

Who is this for? Recess Mood Calm Drink Variety Pack is aimed at adults seeking a thoughtful, low‑calorie sparkling beverage that pairs calming botanicals and magnesium with real fruit flavor.
