RAW Essential Pre Workout Powder Blue Raspberry — 30 Servings, 200mg Caffeine & 4g L‑Citrulline

RAW Nutrition Essential Pre is a ready-to-mix pre-workout powder that delivers 4 g L‑Citrulline, 3.2 g Beta‑Alanine and 200 mg caffeine per scoop for focused energy, enhanced pumps and fatigue resistance.

If you want a straightforward pre-workout that balances stimulant energy, pump-supporting nitric oxide precursors and endurance-supporting beta‑alanine, this Blue Raspberry formula is built for training sessions of all intensities. The tub contains 30 servings (14.29 oz) and is made in the USA with non‑GMO ingredients and no artificial additives, so you get a clean profile with great flavor.

How does Essential Pre increase blood flow and pumps?

This formula prioritizes pump support by supplying 4 g of L‑Citrulline per serving, a widely used precursor to arginine and nitric oxide. Improved nitric oxide signaling can help widen blood vessels during exercise, which supports fuller muscle pumps and better nutrient delivery while you train.

• 4 g L‑Citrulline per scoop for nitric oxide support
• Fast‑dissolving powder for quick absorption
• Blue Raspberry flavor for palatable mixing

Will this product help me push through fatigue?

Essential Pre includes 3.2 g of Beta‑Alanine to help buffer exercise‑induced acidity during high‑intensity sets. That buffering can make repeated efforts feel more manageable, letting you complete more reps or maintain performance during longer intervals.

• 3.2 g Beta‑Alanine to support muscular endurance
• Useful for short, intense sets and interval training
• May produce mild tingling (paresthesia) for some users

How intense is the energy and focus from this pre-workout?

Each serving contains 200 mg of caffeine, which sits in a moderate range that many people find energizing without being overwhelming. Paired with the pump and endurance ingredients, the caffeine helps sharpen focus and motivation so you arrive to the workout ready to perform.

• 200 mg caffeine per scoop for stimulant energy
• Balanced stimulant level for pre‑gym routines
• Combine with water and consume 20–30 minutes before training

What can I expect from flavor, mixability and ingredient quality?

RAW Nutrition emphasizes clean formulations and recognizable ingredients; Essential Pre avoids GMOs and artificial fillers. The Blue Raspberry flavor is formulated to mask the sour and bitter notes of active ingredients while dissolving readily in water for a smooth drink.

• 30 servings per 14.29 oz tub—simple scoop dosing
• No artificial ingredients listed, made in the USA
• Designed for easy mixing in shaker or bottle

Who is this for: Essential Pre fits lifters who want a no‑nonsense, all‑round pre‑workout that covers pumps, endurance and energy without an overly complex label. It’s appropriate for beginners through advanced athletes who seek a single scoop routine for gym sessions, high‑intensity classes or heavy lifting days and prefer a familiar stimulant level and fruity Blue Raspberry taste.
