Quest Protein Snickerdoodle Cookie — 12-Count Pack, 15g Protein, 4g Net Carbs, Low Sugar

Quest Snickerdoodle Protein Cookie is a soft, cinnamon-sugar flavored high-protein snack delivering 15g of protein, 1g of sugar, and just 4g net carbs per cookie.

These individually wrapped 2.08 oz (59g) cookies give you classic snickerdoodle taste with a reworked, softer texture while staying low in sugar and carbs. Packaged in a 12-count carton, they’re designed for convenient grab-and-go fueling—stashed in a gym bag, desk drawer, or pantry. Nutrition facts show 20g total carbs and 4g net carbs (net carbs calculated as total carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols); see the Nutrition Facts panel for full calorie and fat details.

How does this cookie fit into a low-carb or keto-friendly routine?

The formulation focuses on minimizing sugar and net carbs while maximizing protein, making it suitable as an occasional keto-friendly treat. Each cookie contains 1g sugar and 4g net carbs, which helps you stay within daily carb targets when consumed sensibly with other foods.

• 4g net carbs per serving (total carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols)
• 1g sugar, including 0g added sugar
• Use as a carbohydrate-controlled snack after checking daily macros

Will one cookie satisfy my post-workout or on-the-go protein needs?

With 15g of protein per cookie, this product offers a protein-forward alternative to traditional snacks for light post-workout refueling or between-meal hunger control. It won’t replace a full meal for heavy training sessions, but it’s a practical protein boost when you need quick, portable nutrition.

• 15g protein per individually wrapped cookie
• Compact, portable 59g serving size for convenience
• Works well paired with a beverage or small fruit for balanced refueling

What does the texture and flavor profile actually taste like?

Quest updated the recipe to deliver a softer, more cookie-like bite while preserving the classic snickerdoodle cinnamon-and-sugar profile. Expect a tender interior with cinnamon notes and a lightly sweet finish that mimics a traditional snickerdoodle without the high sugar load.

• Softer, chewier texture compared to earlier versions
• Pronounced cinnamon-sugar flavor without excessive sweetness
• Individually wrapped to maintain freshness and texture on the go

How should I store and serve these cookies to keep them at their best?

Store cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct heat to preserve texture and flavor; the individual wrappers help extend shelf life. For a softer mouthfeel, let a cookie sit at room temperature for a few minutes after refrigeration, or warm briefly in the microwave for 5–8 seconds.

• Keep in pantry or cupboard; avoid high heat or humidity
• Microwave 5–8 seconds for a freshly-baked warmth
• Individually wrapped for portable freshness and portion control
