Qinaoco Waterproof Extra Wide Leg Cast Cover — Extra Large Half-Leg Shower Boot, Non-Slip Watertight Protector for Plus-Size Adult

Qinaoco Waterproof Extra Wide Leg Cast Cover is an oversized, reusable half-leg shower boot that creates a watertight seal for casts, bandages and foot dressings while providing a slip-resistant sole for safe bathing and light outdoor use.

If you need a roomy, durable solution to keep a leg cast or wound dressing dry, this extra-large cast protector was built for bigger legs, thicker casts and users who want a reliable, non-latex option. Constructed from PVC/PP/Silicone materials and designed with a widened hard ring and stretchable center hole, it balances a secure seal with ease of use. The upgrade includes a textured non-slip bottom so you can move around the shower with added traction.

How does the extra-large size accommodate plus-size legs and bulky casts?

The cover’s widened hard ring (9.8" outer diameter) and 3.4" center hole were engineered to slide over larger limbs and accommodate thick cast profiles without tearing. It stretches around circumferences from about 14" to 30", making it one of the roomier options for heavier or swollen legs.

• 9.8" widened sealing ring for easy donning
• 3.4" center hole with flexible, stretchable lip
• Designed for leg circumferences 14"–30"
• Works with large splints, bulky casts, and dressings

What keeps water out and prevents slipping in the shower?

The cast cover uses a stretchable center opening that forms a snug, watertight seal around the limb while the sole features an upgraded textured pattern that improves traction on wet floors. Together these elements reduce the chance of water ingress and help you stay steady when standing.

• Stretchable, soft sealing lip for watertight protection
• Non-slip textured bottom for improved shower grip
• Durable material resists tearing or punctures
• Suitable for bathing, showers, and light outdoor use in rain

How comfortable and reusable is this waterproof cast protector?

Made from high-tension, aging-resistant PVC/PP/Silicone, the sleeve is latex-free and designed for repeated use. It slides on without sticking to skin, the opening is gentle on circulation, and after use the cover can be rinsed and hung to dry for the next use.

• Latex-free construction to minimize skin irritation
• Soft center lip avoids tight pressure or discomfort
• Quick to clean and air-dry for repeated wear
• Materials chosen for longevity and tear resistance

Can I use this for other protections besides casts?

Yes—the watertight design also protects bandages, wounds, abrasions, burns, and external lines during showering or light outdoor activities. It’s intended for keeping dressings dry while you bathe or when you need temporary cover in wet environments.

• Protects dressings, PICC/IV lines and wound coverings
• Useful during showers, rain, or quick outdoor tasks
• Not for prolonged submersion or deep-water use
• Helps keep hygiene routines manageable while healing
