Qaltgc Electric Heating Pad 12x24 in Grey — Dual-Mode Controller, Machine Washable Soft Flannel

Qaltgc's 12" x 24" electric heating pad delivers even, adjustable warmth with dual control modes and multiple safety protections for comfortable, everyday heat therapy.

This soft, grey heating pad combines a double-sided flannel cover, a long 9-foot power cord, and a 2025 upgraded dual-mode controller so you can pick steady, skin-safe heat or a timed, higher-temperature setting with automatic shutoff. Built with high-density Japanese-style heating wires and a suite of electrical safeguards, the pad is ETL and FCC certified and designed for easy maintenance — simply unplug the controller for machine washing. The unit’s size (12" x 24") makes it versatile for neck, shoulders, back, and legs while remaining portable enough for home and office use.

How does the dual-mode controller make heat easy and safe?

The controller offers two distinct operating styles: Manual Mode provides four steady, skin-safe temperatures for prolonged comfort, while Automatic Mode unlocks nine precise temperature levels and seven timer options for higher heat with timed shutoff. This design balances user preference and safety by limiting continuous high-temperature exposure in manual use and supplying an automatic cutoff in timed mode.

• Manual Mode: 4 steady, low-burn risk temperature settings
• Automatic Mode: 9 temperatures plus 7 timer durations
• Auto shutoff in timed mode reduces overheating risks
• Simple switches for quick mode selection

What protections and certifications ensure safe use?

The pad incorporates multiple electrical safeguards such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short-circuit protection. It uses high-density heating wire construction for even temperature distribution and has undergone standard testing, earning ETL and FCC certifications and meeting STD 130 temperature ranges.

• Overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short-circuit safeguards
• ETL and FCC certified for electrical safety and compliance
• Tested STD 130 temperature ranges for covered and uncovered use
• Japanese-style heating wires for consistent warmth

How do I care for the pad and troubleshoot common problems?

The soft flannel cover is machine washable when the controller is unplugged and detached, making maintenance straightforward. If the controller displays an E-01 fault code, reseat the controller socket firmly; persistent issues should be handled through Qaltgc after-sales service for diagnosis or replacement within the warranty terms.

• Unplug and remove controller before washing the pad
• Machine wash gentle cycle; air dry recommended to preserve fabric
• E-01 code: reconnect controller socket securely
• Two-year limited service for non-artificial damage — contact Qaltgc

Will the pad fit different parts of the body and daily routines?

At 12" x 24", the pad is long enough for lumbar coverage yet narrow enough for targeted use on shoulders, neck, or legs. The nine-foot cord and soft double-sided flannel let you arrange the pad around furniture or sit back while staying connected to a distant outlet.

• 12" x 24" size suits neck, shoulders, back, and thighs
• 9-foot cord for flexible placement and comfortable use
• Double-sided flannel for a cozy skin-friendly feel
• Portable enough for travel, office, and home settings
