Purilens Contact Lens Saline 3-Pack 4 fl. oz. (120 ml) — Preservative-Free, pH-Balanced for Scleral & Soft Lenses

Purilens Plus is a preservative-free, pH-balanced saline solution sold as three 4 fl. oz. bottles designed to rinse and insert contact lenses comfortably, including scleral lenses.

This three-pack of Purilens Plus offers an everyday saline that mirrors your eye’s natural tear pH and contains no preservatives, reducing irritation for people with dry or sensitive eyes. Formulated for rinsing, storing short-term, and wetting lenses before insertion, it provides a simple, compatible option for soft and scleral lens users who prefer preservative-free care. Each 120 ml (4 fl. oz.) bottle is sized for portability while supplying enough solution for daily use or travel.

How does Purilens Plus help when inserting contact lenses?

Purilens Plus functions as an insertion and rinsing solution that helps remove loose debris and create a comfortable, lubricated surface before placing lenses on the eye. Because it’s preservative-free and pH-balanced, it minimizes sting and discomfort that some users experience with preserved solutions.

• Preservative-free formulation reduces potential irritation.
• pH-balanced to match natural tears for immediate comfort.
• Safe for rinsing and moistening lenses prior to insertion.
• Available in a convenient travel-friendly 4 fl. oz. bottle.

Is this saline suitable for scleral or specialty lenses?

Yes — Purilens Plus is indicated as an insertion solution for scleral lenses, providing a gentle, non-preserved liquid to wet lens surfaces before placement. For scleral lenses that require larger fluid volumes, users often combine this with recommended filling or storage practices directed by their eye care professional.

• Indicated for scleral lens insertion to improve comfort.
• Works with soft and rigid gas-permeable lenses for rinsing.
• Helps reduce debris and residue that can trap under scleral lenses.
• Recommended use aligns with practitioner instructions for specialty lenses.

What should I expect in daily use and when traveling?

The three 4 fl. oz. bottles make it easy to keep a supply at home, work, and in a travel kit. Bottles are compact enough for carry-on luggage and give you preservative-free saline on hand for comfortable lens handling and emergency rinsing while away from home.

• Three bottles allow placement in multiple locations for convenience.
• 4 fl. oz. size meets most travel and airplane carry-on limits.
• Ideal for people who need preservative-free saline away from home.
• Clear labeling simplifies quick, correct use while traveling.

How should Purilens Plus be used and stored?

Use Purilens Plus to rinse and moisten lenses before insertion and to remove loose debris; it is not a multi-purpose disinfecting solution. Store unopened bottles at room temperature and follow the discard timeframe on the bottle after opening to maintain sterility and safety.

• Use as an insertion/rinsing solution, not as a disinfectant.
• Keep bottles capped when not in use to avoid contamination.
• Observe the manufacturer’s recommended discard period after opening.
• Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

Who is this for: Purilens Plus 120 ml three-pack is aimed at contact lens wearers who prefer preservative-free care—especially those with sensitive or dry eyes and users of scleral or specialty lenses. It’s a practical choice for people who travel frequently, maintain lens kits in multiple locations, or want a gentle saline that closely matches natural tear pH without added preservatives.
