ProSource Kids Puzzle Play Mat — Alphabet & Numbers 36-Tile 12"x12" Set, Cushioned EVA Foam, 6'x6' Colorful Learning Mat

The ProSource Kids Puzzle Alphabet & Numbers Play Mat is a cushioned, educational foam flooring set of 36 interlocking 12"x12" tiles with 24 border pieces that creates a safe, colorful 6'x6' play area.

Designed for toddlers and young children ages 3 and up, this floor mat combines soft high-density EVA foam with pop-out letters and numbers to make playtime both comfortable and engaging. Pieces assemble quickly into a large, washable surface that protects little ones from hard floors while giving parents a modular option that packs away or expands as needed.

How much floor space does the set actually cover?

When you connect every tile the set forms a 6' by 6' square, giving you 36 square feet of play surface. If you need less coverage, the interlocking design lets you use only as many tiles as required for a smaller area.

• 36 tiles at 12" x 12" each for full 6'x6' coverage
• 24 border pieces to create finished edges
• Tiles are modular — use a subsection for compact spaces

What safety and cleaning features should I expect?

The mat is made from high-density, phthalate-free EVA foam that cushions falls and resists moisture for straightforward spot cleaning. A mild factory odor can be present at first; airing out the mat for a few days usually eliminates it.

• Soft, textured surface for a non-slip grip
• Water-resistant material wipes clean and resists odors
• Free of toxic phthalates — suitable for children's play areas

How does the alphabet and numbers design support play?

Each tile features a bright primary color and a removable letter or number that pops out for tactile interaction. These elements encourage hands-on exploration of letters and numerals during free play, story time, or simple teaching moments.

• Pop-out letters and numbers for sensory and learning activities
• High-contrast colors stimulate visual development
• Tiles double as both flooring and interactive learning tools

How easy is it to assemble, store, and transport?

The interlocking puzzle pieces click together in minutes and separate just as quickly for storage or room-to-room moves. The set is lightweight and ships with a zippered bag to keep tiles organized when not in use or when you need to take the mat elsewhere.

• Snap-together assembly — ready in minutes
• Breaks down easily for compact storage or relocation
• Included zippered carry bag for neat transport and storage

Who is this for: Families, daycare providers, and educators who want a portable, cushioned play surface that also acts as a learning aid will find this mat practical and versatile. It suits homes with hard floors, playrooms, classrooms, or any area where a safe, colorful spot for kids to crawl, play, and practice letters and numbers is needed. Because pieces are modular, the mat adapts whether you need a small safe zone or a full 36-square-foot play area.
