PROHEAR Gel Ear Pads for Walker's Razor Earmuffs — GEP03 Replacement Gel Cushions with Sealed Bottom Shell, Soft Silicone Comfort

PROHEAR GEP03 are soft gel replacement ear pads made to refresh Walker's Razor series earmuffs with improved sealing and all-day comfort.

If your Walker's :Razor, Razor Digital, Razor Bluetooth, Razor XTRM, XCEL or XCEL BT muffs feel worn, flattened or allow noise leaks, the PROHEAR GEP03 gel ear pads offer a direct upgrade. These replacement gel cushions include a sealed bottom shell, a flexible silicone-gel lip, and a grooved surface to reduce pressure on the ear. They install quickly with a coin and are built to last longer than typical faux leather or vinyl pads.

How do these ear pads improve comfort during long sessions?

The PROHEAR GEP03 pads use soft silicone gel combined with a grooved cushion profile to spread contact pressure more evenly across the ear. That reduces hotspot discomfort and keeps ears feeling less strained over extended wear. The anti-sweat surface is also easy to wipe clean after a long day.

• Soft silicone-gel core for cushioned support
• Groove design lowers concentrated pressure points
• Anti-sweat outer layer for easier cleaning

Will these fit my Walker's Razor or compatible models?

PROHEAR designed the GEP03 pads specifically to match the mounting geometry of Walker's Razor family muffs and several related models. The package includes pads with a sealed bottom shell so they replace both the cushion and the lower housing if needed. Always compare your earmuff's mounting ring shape to the replacement pad before purchase for the best fit.

• Compatible with Walker's :Razor, Razor Digital, Razor Bluetooth
• Also fits Razor XTRM, XCEL and XCEL BT models
• Sealed bottom shell refreshes old or damaged housings

How easy is installation and maintenance?

Installation takes about a minute and requires only a small coin to unclip the old pad; PROHEAR provides replacement photos and video guidance. The sealed bottom shell snaps into place to prevent twisting or gaps. For maintenance, wipe the outer surface with a damp cloth—no special cleaners required.

• Quick coin-release replacement method
• Includes back shell to secure the pad tightly
• Simple cleaning: wipe with damp cloth, air dry

Are these ear pads durable enough to replace vinyl or faux-leather pads?

Yes—silicone-gel construction and a reinforced shell make the GEP03 pads more resistant to cracking and peeling than many faux-leather alternatives. Their materials are selected to retain shape and cushioning over years of use rather than months. That makes them a cost-effective upgrade for frequent users.

• Durable silicone-gel resists tearing and peeling
• Retains shape and seal through repeated use
• Back shell protects the internal earcup components

Who is this for? The PROHEAR GEP03 gel ear pads are aimed at shooters, range instructors, outdoor workers and hobbyists who already own Walker's Razor family earmuffs and want to restore comfort, improve noise sealing, and extend the service life of their headsets. They also suit anyone replacing degraded faux-leather cushions or refreshing the lower shell for a tighter fit.
