PROHEAR Electronic Shooting Ear Muffs — Green, NRR 23dB, 4x Sound Amplification, Lightweight Foldable

PROHEAR Electronic Ear Protection are active hearing muffs for shooting and noisy activities that amplify quiet sounds up to 4x while instantly suppressing loud impulses, offering NRR 23dB protection in a lightweight, foldable design.

These electronic earmuffs combine smart noise-control circuitry with comfortable, low-profile ear cups designed for shooters, hunters, and hobbyists who need clear situational awareness plus impulse suppression. Built for day-long wear, the headset runs on two AAA batteries with long runtime and folds small for transport. Materials resist sweat and light water exposure, and the single-knob volume control works easily even with gloves.

How do these muffs balance hearing protection and situational awareness?

The PROHEAR muffs use fast-acting electronics that attenuate sudden high-decibel sounds like gunshots while amplifying ambient, low-level noises for conversation and environmental cues. This preserves awareness without exposing you to damaging peaks.

• Active circuit suppresses impulse noise within milliseconds
• Up to 4x amplification for soft speech and range commands
• NRR 23dB meets ANSI S3.19 standards for noisy environments
• Analog volume knob for quick, glove-friendly adjustments

Will they stay comfortable during long sessions or hikes?

Comfort is prioritized with wide ear cups, ultra-soft cushions, and a padded telescopic headband that adapts to most head shapes. At just 0.6 pounds, these muffs reduce pressure and fatigue for extended target practice, training, or yard work.

• Soft memory-style ear cushions for reduced clamping force
• Adjustable padded headband fits various head sizes
• Lightweight construction minimizes neck and head strain
• Foldable design packs down for easy carrying between locations

Are they durable and suitable for outdoor use?

The housing carries an IPX4 rating for splash and sweat resistance plus a rugged low-profile build that won’t interfere with cheek weld or rifle stock placement. The slim cutaway cups are engineered to maintain protection while improving fit and sight alignment.

• IPX4 water and sweat resistance for unpredictable weather
• Low-profile cups designed for shooting and stock placement
• Sturdy folding mechanism for repeated travel and storage
• Detachable 3.5 mm cable for passive listening or failover

What comes in the box and how long will batteries last?
