PROBAR Bolt Strawberry Energy Chews – Organic Vegan Endurance Gummies, Electrolytes & B Vitamins (12 Pack)

PROBAR BOLT Strawberry Energy Chews are soft, USDA Organic, vegan gummies that deliver fast carbohydrates, electrolytes, and B vitamins for on-the-go endurance fueling.

These Strawberry-flavored chews are formulated for runners, cyclists, hikers and triathletes who want a clean, plant-based source of quick energy without artificial colors or gelatin. Each chew supplies rapidly digestible carbs plus electrolytes and vitamins B6 and B12 to support hydration and energy metabolism during prolonged exercise. Packaged in a compact format, the chews slide easily into a jersey pocket, fuel belt or daypack so you can top up energy while moving.

How quickly will these chews provide energy during a workout?

The chews use fast carbohydrates designed to be absorbed more quickly than whole foods, helping raise blood glucose and provide usable energy within minutes. Their soft gummy texture makes them easy to eat while active, minimizing stomach upset compared with some denser fuels.

• Fast-digesting carbs for quick blood sugar support during activity
• Soft texture to reduce chewing effort while moving
• Portion-sized servings that are easy to time for pre- or mid-effort fueling

Do these chews help with hydration or electrolytes?

PROBAR BOLT chews include electrolytes to help replace sodium and minerals lost through sweat, complementing fluid intake rather than replacing it. Combined with water, the electrolyte content supports rehydration strategies during long workouts or races.

• Electrolytes included to support fluid balance during exercise
• Designed to be consumed with water for effective hydration
• Useful for longer sessions when sweat losses increase

Are these chews made with clean, plant-based ingredients?

Yes — the formula is USDA Organic, vegan, gluten free and non-GMO, using a superfruit blend for flavor and antioxidant variety instead of artificial additives. That makes them a straightforward option for athletes seeking simpler ingredient lists and plant-based sports nutrition.

• USDA Organic ingredients and non-GMO sourcing
• Vegan and gelatin-free for plant-based diets
• Flavor from organic fruit blends like acai, blueberry and pomegranate

How should I use these chews during training or race day?

Consume one or two chews 10–15 minutes before intense efforts and repeat every 30–45 minutes during prolonged exercise, adjusting based on personal needs and tolerances. Always pair chews with water to aid absorption and support hydration.

• Take 1–2 chews before hard efforts, then regularly during long sessions
• Combine with water for best electrolyte and carb uptake
• Store in a jersey pocket, fuel belt or pack for easy mid-effort access

Who is this for: PROBAR BOLT Strawberry Energy Chews suit endurance athletes and active people who prefer organic, plant-based fueling options. They are ideal for runners, cyclists, triathletes, hikers and anyone needing portable quick carbs with electrolytes and B vitamins during long workouts or events. If you want a simple, soft-to-chew gummy that tastes like bright strawberry while supporting mid-activity energy and hydration strategies, these chews offer a convenient clean-fuel option.
