Pro Grade 2" Chip Brushes - 36-Pack Disposable Natural Bristle, Poplar Handle for Staining & Epoxy

Pro Grade 2" Chip Brushes are affordable, disposable natural-bristle brushes made for staining, painting, sealing, and coating jobs where a smooth finish and easy clean-up are priorities.

These 36-pack chip brushes combine a slim 2-inch width with natural bristles and a lightweight poplar handle, offering a convenient single-use option for contractors, hobbyists, and DIYers. Built with reinforced adhesive to limit shedding, they work well with stains, chalk paints, varnishes, and epoxies when you need to avoid cross-contamination or save time on cleanup.

How do these brushes perform with stain, paint, and epoxy?

The natural bristle filaments pick up and release oil-based stains and heavier coatings evenly, producing a consistent finish. They are especially useful for one-way applications where wiping or blending is needed rather than a brush-mark-free finish like high-end synthetic brushes.

• Natural bristles suit oil-based stains and varnishes.
• Good absorption and payload for thin-to-medium coatings.
• Disposable design prevents contamination between products.
• Reinforced adhesive reduces bristle fallout during use.

What makes the handle and construction practical on job sites?

The lightweight poplar handle balances the brush for easier wrist control and includes a hanging hole so brushes can air-dry or be stored quickly. The ferrule area is glued to minimize bristle movement, and the 2" size gives a balance of coverage and precision for trim, edges, and small panels.

• Poplar handle for a lightweight, comfortable grip.
• Top-hold shape aids near-edge control and leverage.
• Built-in hanging hole for drying and storage convenience.
• Glue-reinforced construction lowers shedding risk.

When should I choose disposable chip brushes over reusable ones?

Opt for disposable brushes when you’re applying sticky materials like epoxy, using incompatible paints between steps, or working on short tasks where cleaning costs more time than replacing. They’re also ideal when contamination must be avoided—simply discard after use.

• Single-use epoxy or resin layups to avoid cross-contamination.
• Quick contractor jobs where time equals money.
• Small projects, touch-ups, and staining sample boards.
• Situations where cleaning solvents are undesirable or impractical.

How many brushes are included and what projects are they best for?

This pack contains 36 two-inch chip brushes, providing enough disposable units for multiple rooms, several furniture pieces, or several small epoxy or staining tasks. The count makes it economical for contractors and useful for DIYers who want consistency across repeated applications.

• 36 brushes per pack—ample supply for larger jobs or repetitive tasks.
• Best for trim work, small panels, sealing, and touch-up staining.
• Workable for light epoxy brushing or varnish coats in manageable areas.
• Affordable option for teams, job sites, and craft projects.

Who is this for: Pro Grade 2" Chip Brushes 36 Pack is aimed at contractors, painters, woodworkers, and hobbyists who value a reliable, low-cost disposable brush for stains, sealers, and coatings.
