The tub contains 1.2 pounds of powder, certified gluten-free and keto-friendly, so it fits a range of dietary preferences.

How do I use this collagen powder in my morning routine?

Primal Kitchen's unflavored collagen dissolves smoothly into coffee, tea, smoothies and shakes, making it an easy morning protein boost. Because it has no taste, it won’t change the flavor of your beverage or breakfast bowl.

• Add one scoop to hot coffee or tea and stir until combined.
• Blend into morning smoothies or protein shakes for extra protein.
• Mix into oatmeal, yogurt, or pancake batter for a neutral protein lift.

What’s actually inside the tub and is it diet-friendly?

This product contains a single ingredient: hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides, formulated without dairy or whey. It is certified gluten-free and labeled keto-friendly, so it suits low-carb and gluten-free eating plans.

• One ingredient: bovine collagen peptides (hydrolyzed).
• No dairy, no whey—suitable where dairy avoidance is desired.
• Third-party certifications: gluten-free and keto-friendly.

How much collagen does each scoop provide and how do I measure it?

Each leveled scoop delivers approximately 11 grams of collagen peptides, providing a consistent protein contribution per serving. Use the included scoop or a kitchen scale for precise tracking.

• Standard scoop yields ~11 g of collagen peptides per serving.
• Easy to combine with both hot and cold preparations.
• One 1.2 lb tub contains multiple servings for daily use.

Will this powder change the texture or flavor of recipes?

Because it’s unflavored and hydrolyzed, the powder blends nearly invisibly into liquids and many recipes without imparting flavor. It may slightly thicken beverages or batters when used in larger amounts, so adjust liquid ratios if needed.

• Neutral taste preserves recipe flavors.
• Dissolves readily in hot and cold applications for smooth texture.
• Minor thickening possible in dense batters—add liquid to adjust.

Who this is for: Primal Kitchen Unflavored Collagen Peptides is for anyone seeking a simple, single-ingredient collagen powder to increase daily protein intake without changing taste—ideal for busy mornings, recipe experimentation, or those following gluten-free or low-carb lifestyles. It’s suited to home cooks, athletes, and people who prefer an unflavored supplement that mixes into coffee, smoothies, or baked goods.
