Prevail Disposable Unisex Incontinence Underwear 2X-Large, Maximum Absorbency & Odor Control (48 ct)

Prevail Daily Unisex Underwear Maximum is a pull-on disposable brief that offers high absorbency, odor control and a fabric-like feel for everyday incontinence protection.

These disposable briefs combine Prevail's MaxSorb Gel Technology with Omni Odor Guard to rapidly lock away moisture and reduce urine odor, while a breathable, hypoallergenic liner infused with vitamin E, aloe vera and chamomile helps maintain comfort throughout the day. The pull-on design looks and fits like traditional underwear and includes tear-away seams for fast, dignified removal. This 2X-Large size fits waists 68"–80" and is appropriate for both men and women who need daily protection with discreet wearability.

How well does the underwear manage moisture and odor?

Moisture is captured by MaxSorb Gel Technology, which converts liquid to gel to reduce surface dampness. Omni Odor Guard works alongside the absorbent core to help minimize noticeable urine smells. Together they provide reliable performance for everyday use without bulky bulkiness.

• MaxSorb Gel quickly absorbs and locks in fluid
• Omni Odor Guard suppresses odor-producing molecules
• Designed to maintain a dry-feeling liner against skin

Will these briefs feel like regular underwear and stay comfortable all day?

The outer look and pull-on fit mimic traditional briefs, offering a familiar silhouette for daily activities. Breathable materials and a flexible design allow for movement and airflow to promote comfort. The inner liner is hypoallergenic and enriched with skin-soothing ingredients for a gentler feel.

• Soft, fabric-like exterior for a discreet appearance
• Breathable panels for airflow and reduced heat buildup
• Vitamin E, aloe vera and chamomile in the lining to soothe skin

How easy are they to put on, remove and dispose of?

These are pull-on briefs that slide on like standard underwear, making dressing quick and simple. Tear-away seams allow caregivers or users to remove the garment easily without needing to step out of it, speeding disposal and preserving dignity. The single-use design eliminates laundering and simplifies replacement routines.

• Elastic waistband and stretch panels for ease of dressing
• Tear-away seams for fast, non-invasive removal
• Disposable format removes need for washing or special cleaning
