The Presto 07046 Tilt 'n Drain Big Griddle is a super‑sized electric griddle with a cool‑touch base, ceramic nonstick surface, and adjustable tilt for high‑volume family cooking and easy cleanup.

If you need a single appliance that handles breakfast crowds, weeknight dinners and buffet‑style meals, this oversized griddle delivers. Its broad cooking area fits many servings at once, the ceramic nonstick finish is PFAS‑free for stick‑resistant cooking, and the Tilt 'n Drain feature lets you move grease away from food for cleaner plates. Designed with user‑friendly touches like a removable heat control and a slide‑out drip tray, the unit is built for busy kitchens and straightforward maintenance.

How much food can this griddle cook at once?

The 07046 model provides a very large flat surface that outperforms standard jumbo griddles, letting you prepare multiple portions simultaneously. That extra space shortens cooking time for groups and small catering tasks.

• Room for up to 12 slices of French toast or numerous pancakes at once
• Large enough for batches of eggs, bacon and sausage side by side
• Efficient for finishing burgers and grilled sandwiches in one cycle

What makes cleanup and maintenance easier?

Presto designed this griddle to reduce the work after a meal: the temperature control detaches so the body is fully submersible, and a removable drip tray captures excess grease for quick disposal. The ceramic nonstick surface resists stuck‑on residues, speeding washup.

• Slide‑out drip tray collects runoff and slides free for emptying
• Heat control removes so the griddle base can be washed safely under water
• Ceramic nonstick (PFAS‑free) allows most foods to release cleanly

How does the Tilt 'n Drain feature help cooking different foods?

The adjustable tilt gives you a level plane for battered items like pancakes or a slight slope to channel grease away when cooking meats. This flexibility makes the griddle suitable for a wider range of dishes without needing separate tools.

• Level position for even pancake and egg cooking
• Tilted position directs fat toward the drip tray for leaner finished dishes
• Backstop ledge prevents food from sliding off when tilted

Is the griddle safe and temperature‑stable for everyday use?

Safety and consistent heat are built into the design. The cool‑touch base protects hands and counter edges, while the Control Master heat control keeps the surface at steady cooking temperatures automatically.

• Cool‑touch base around the front and sides reduces burn risk
• Control Master thermostat maintains selected temperature without constant adjustment
• 120 V, 60 Hz power rating for standard household outlets
