Premo Guard Natural Poultry Spray – Plant-Oil Mite, Flea & Lice Treatment (Clove Scent, No Egg Withdrawal)

Premo Guard Natural Poultry Spray is a plant-oil based contact treatment that safely eliminates scaly leg mites, fleas, lice, and ticks on poultry and in their living areas.

Designed for backyard flocks and small farms, this USDA-made spray uses natural essential oils to provide a non-toxic alternative to chemical treatments like permethrin or mite dust. It is formulated for direct application on birds and for treating coops, roosts, nest boxes and runs. Third-party tested and manufactured in GMP facilities, Premo Guard emphasizes safety, a pleasant clove scent, and no egg withdrawal period.

How quickly will Premo Guard stop mites and lice?

The spray works on contact to kill mites, lice, fleas, and ticks across life stages—including eggs, larvae and adults—when applied thoroughly. Results can be seen after the first treatment for many infestations, though follow-up applications help ensure full control.

• Contact-action natural oils that disrupt pest activity on sight
• Effective against scaly leg mites, northern fowl mites, lice, fleas, and ticks
• Repeat applications recommended until infestation is cleared

Can I use this spray on chicks, layers, and other poultry?

Yes — Premo Guard is formulated to be gentle enough for all poultry types, from chicks to mature laying hens, as well as turkeys, ducks and geese. It contains natural ingredients and requires no egg withdrawal period, so treated layers may continue producing eggs for household use.

• Safe for chicks, hens, roosters, turkeys, ducks and geese
• No egg withdrawal; follow label directions for best practice
• Non-toxic formulation suitable around family and pets when used as directed

How should I apply Premo Guard for best results?

Apply directly to affected birds, paying special attention to feather bases, underwings, and legs for scaly leg mites. Treat the entire environment—coops, nest boxes, roosts and runs—to remove hiding pests and prevent re-infestation.

• Spray birds thoroughly but avoid eyes and mucous membranes
• Treat housing, perches, and surrounding run areas after bird application
• Repeat at intervals recommended by the product instructions until pests are eliminated

What are the scent, safety, and manufacturing details?

Premo Guard features a natural, pleasant clove aroma without artificial colors or harsh solvents. The formula is developed from essential oils, produced in GMP-approved facilities, and third-party tested for performance and safety.

• Natural clove scent — avoids strong chemical odors
• Made in the U.S.A. in certified facilities and third-party tested
• No synthetic pesticides like permethrin; veterinarian and farm approved
